This review is for the Costco on 3836 Richmond Ave., Houston, TX 77027. A few gripes I have about this store: 1.) Parking situation is insane. 2.) Lots of pushy, jerky people shop here. 3.) Filthy restaurant area. Plenty of employees walking around. Apparently, they don't like to clean. 4.) The pizza is disgusting. Get the hotdog (only good thing about Costco). 5.) Sam's has better prices and selection. 6.) Free sample food is disgusting and not fit for human consumption. 7.) Produce area leaves much to be desired.

I've been wearing hearing aids for 37 years and have paid DEARLY ($4k-$7K) each) for 6-7 pair over that time. Today, I was introduced and tested by Dylan Garcia, Senior Hearing Aid Dispenser at Costco in Katy, TX. I was totally impressed with his knowledge, demeanor, and attitude. The testing he did on me was far more detailed and thorough than any test I've had in the last 37 years! Costco is very lucky to have him and his skills to share with members. Well done Dylan!

I'm here every week. Customer service is awesome. Everyone is always so helpful. They have people giving out samples of various products. Parking can be a challenge. There is a security guard but I never see him in the parking lot. I have been approached by random people in the parking lot asking for money. So be careful and attentive

Convenient location. I don't know what to say that hasn't been said. If you know you know. If you don't, where have you been? Good deals on quality food, clothes, houseware and electronics. They have been more aggressively checking memberships even for the food court. I'm not ashamed that I'm of the age that I buy clothes and luggage where I buy my household goods and food. Parking is sometimes a challenge. If at all possible go during the week and try to avoid the weekend crowd. The second floor in the garage is fairly open, in the shade and not that bad even with the slow elevator. The gas lines aren't worth it to me unless it's under 15min. Weekdays usually, not on the weekends. It does stay open 30min after the warehouse closes though. The nitrogen air refilling spots are a lesser known membership benefit. The new chocolate chip cookie is ginormous and delicious. The new strawberry Sunday is a great deal with large chucks of frozen strawberries and your choice of strawberry soft serve or a swirl of vanilla and strawberry soft serve. The mango smoothie and roast beef sand which are a pass for me.

I'm a Costco enthusiast so try to go to various ones when visiting a state. My sister took me to this one and wow it's so busy. Parking lot is minimal and on a Sunday it's super busy and I mean two hours before it closes. I did like they have a lot of Asian items here. Anyway, it was an experience.

I ordered my new tires online and scheduled my appointment for two weeks later. My appointment was at 10am on a Saturday and they called to tell me my car was ready at 11:45am. Smooth and easy process

I made a mistake in reading the receipt for how much I was overcharged and the clerk basically gave me the "if you don't see the mistake then neither do I" treatment. Thanks!

Always jammed but they handle it well. So many varied items makes it fun I was just there yesterday and picked up my new hearing aids. They really are great. Going there you will see all nationalities. I love that about Sugar Land. Diversity to me is great and makes the community stronger

I had a nail in my tire yesterday evening. Guys there were very sweet. Took my car in immediately. Fixed the car and helped me. Great and efficient workers at Costco Tire Center.

I recently tried to buy a massage chair at this store but was turned down because I did not have a high enough credit limit on my credit card. --I am a recent widower and still trying to build my own credit in my own name. So, no, my credit limit is not very high, but I do have money in the bank!--I offered to pay buy check and was told by the supervisor AND the manager on duty that it was not possible. When I expressed my dismay over the fact that not every shopper is fortunate to have that limit on their credit card, the supervisor responded by saying "I do." I found that extremely condescending and embarrassing. I came home and called their corporate office to share my experience and was told that THEY DO accept personal checks. Only thing that needs to be done is that they need a copy of my driver's license on file. I spoke with three levels of personelle at that store (customer service clerk, rude supervisor, and manager), NO ONE even mentionned that I only needed a driver's license on file. I was simply denied purchase. I was embarrassed and tried very hard not to be infuriated. One would think that Customer Service (at very least, a Manager!) should know how to do their job. But they don't mind taking my money to be an "Executive Member". I was told by the person I spoke to at the corporate office number that this situation will be escalated and I should recieve a phone call from this store within the next couple of days. I am still not sure if I will give them my business on this purchase. After all, they ARE NOT the closest Costco to my home. So, based on this visit, I will give them one star. UPDATE: 23 days later and have not h ard from store manager. I guess I will continue to only buy toilet paper from them. They DO NOT CARE.

Can I give 0 stars? I misplaced my credit card and am in the process of receiving a new one. Because of this, my husband and I used his credit card to pay (we have a joint account). And the cashier would not allow us to use his card since my name is on the membership card. We had over $400 of groceries for our family and unable to pay because of this stupid "rule". My husband and I have used his card here before so I'm not sure why this cashier did not want us to make our purchase tonight. If I am using my money from my bank account but the card has my husbands name on it I'm not allowed to make a purchase? Complete waste of my time.

Dropped in to the tire center on a super busy rainy day. Courteous employees. Adequate place to wait. Tires are expenses though! Sadly, I didn't have much choice for my vehicle but I got a 50% proration because I had to replace a damaged tire. Good value.

My family has a membership and we get our tires handled in the Sugar Land location. However, since I live in the city, I tried this location. I took my car to replace a tire with a hole in it last Thursday. I brought the car in, they told me it would be a 2 hour wait, so I said cool I will work on my laptop in the food court. After 2 and a half hours, they called me saying that they don't have that tire in stock and I would have to come back in 3-5 days. Pretty unfortunate for them to tell me after I waited for so long. I received a call 3 days later that the replacement tire was here, so I called back and they told me the next appointment would be Tuesday at 4:45. I leave work early, drop off my car at 4:20, I hear nothing from them. So I check in after an hour, and I found out they have not brought it in. That it will be another 30 minutes. So i have waited over 90 minutes for an "appointment". This experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. A huge waste of my time which is only worse considering 1 new tire will cost over $200. I cant recommend this place and wanted to share this with others and management.

My go to store for everything quality. Always loved Costco. This place is busy the line is long for gas but still okay not too bad. The people are nice. They manage the place so we'll even when busy. Perfect. Big costco fan. Always recommend anywhere, any city. The clear lake one has less line for gas.
