I couldn’t get my prescription filled at Walgreens and because it was back ordered they kept canceling it. Yuk. I had that prescription transferred to Costco Pharmacy and they filled it the next day. I’m sold on these guys.

Overall, the staff here is pleasant but the wait times can be long during busy hours. I've switched to getting all my prescriptions filled here, and the all the pharmacy staff have been kind and helpful. The wait time for vaccinations can be long if you do not have an appointment, but that is a given.

Yesterday, I visited the pharmacy to receive a vaccine shot. Unfortunately, my experience with Mirna Radwan was marred by her rudeness and aggressiveness. I tried to be polite and understanding, but she spoke harshly and instructed me not to move and not to talk!! When I asked a question about the second dose, she ignored me and just left. I don’t know what was the reason behind such rudeness. I was surprised by her behavior. So sad! Do better Costco!

It was very slow, it seemed like they were under staff with on pharmacist. In general pharmacy staff were nice.

I am so sad I didn't remember the guys name he went above and beyond his duties to get my medication and it was just so nice to have some real caring help!

Super sweet and informative staff! I love the fact that you don’t have a Costco membership to just go straight in pick up your meds and dash back out!

Constantly harassing me about my meds. Making it difficult to pick up stuff and rude. Who asks someone "why they are getting that medication " especially with other strangers standing there that can hear. As much as we love Costco we will probably be canceling our membership after 12 plus years due to the actions of the pharmacy tech in Conroe Tx store.

If Costco had an Achilles’ heel, it would be their pharmacy department. I’ve gone there three times and every single time there’s an issue that I’ve never experienced before at another pharmacy.Don’t want to get into it but there for me to departments so bad as a Christmas present I’m telling all my friends and family a nice little wrapping the love of God don’t waste your time at Costco pharmacy. Avoid Costco pharmacy in and use your life

Thank you for letting me wait 50 minutes just to let me know (after me contacting customer service) that my medicine is out of stock. Not ok.
