I have been living here for more than a year and I've had a great living experience so far. The staff; from the leasing office to maintenance people are very friendly, helpful and attentive. I have lived in many apartment complexes before and this one has to be the best one so far. Also property is always clean and well-maintained!.

This place is all together lovely! The staff is excellent and reliable . Timothy Carter provided with excellent service, a smile on his face and really made us feel welcome. He is tenacious and patient as he worked with us to help us realize this is where we needed to be! He was immovable in confidence and it caused us to feel secure that we made the right decision! We look forward to a great time here and couldn’t be more happier to have Timothy Carter as someone we can trust !

I am a new tenant at this community. I have lived in another Cortland previous to this one and everything was amazing. However, although the management team is friendly, the community is awful, I regret renting here. The appliances are VERY old and do not work properly, I had to place several maintenance tickets to come and fix as much as possible. During the nights there is a lot of noise from other neighbors (one night I even knew the entire drama story of one person banging at my neighbor’s door begging to give a second chance and crying for 20 minutes). I tried to stay calmed and understand that this could happen and I just had good luck. However, today I tried to open the blinds to clean the windows and they fell on me… this is not only annoying anymore, it is dangerous.
I am only referring to this community as the other Cortland I lived in before was amazing.

Amazing people to work with, they are quick with their parcel pending delivery and I love using an app instead of a pin to open gate (even though it sometimes logs me out). The security and maintenance people are very friendly and helpful.

The layout of the apartment is so gorgeous! The staff is so nice and amazing! The maintenance team is awesome and they’re so fast at getting things fixed. Everyone also seems to mind their business which is always a plus. The pool is beautiful and a nice bbq area. Overall, such a great apartment complex!

Going on 5 years of living here and when I moved here the first thing I noticed was that the maintenance people have always been good about maintenance requests and it usually takes them only a day or two to get things done!! which has been something I have always loved, because my previous apartment complex was terrible with maintenance! The leasing team is amazing, but I have to say Kevin and Sonya are my favorites!!! ?

I have lived at Cortland Copper Springs for almost 5 years and have loved every minute of it! The front office team goes above and beyond with everything they do! The maintenance team is so awesome when it comes to the work requests! A bonus to all the awesomeness you feel like you live in California! This is the place to live!!! ?

I recently completed a 15-month lease here and my experience was nothing short of perfect. The apartment itself was immaculate and met all my needs. It was well-maintained, comfortable, and offered all the amenities I required for a pleasant living experience.
I also want to highlight the exceptional service provided by the leasing agent, Kelvin. From the moment I first toured the complex to the day I moved out, Kelvin was professional, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my satisfaction.
