Excellent option when looking for furniture! I just got divorced and had to furnish an entire two-bedroom apartment quickly. Rowan at the Kempwood location was extremely helpful. He walked me through the options and helped me pick out several items. The package for everything was extremely reasonable and they have been a delight to work with, from selection to delivery. I even had an issue and they resolved to my complete satisfaction immediately. Kudos to Rowan, Bob, and their manager Tatum. I highly recommend this group to anyone looking for furniture.

This was the easiest and the most delightful furniture shopping I ever had in my life! Easiest because everything you need in a home is staged carefully and beautifully. Delightful because of the very good natured and helpful staff. We especially had an excellent day with Tatum who patiently answered all the questions, helped us build an entire set for our drawing room, and informed us of the discounts which helped our budget immensely. I strongly recommend this place to everyone!

Tatum is one of the finest sales personnel I have come across. He was very kind and understanding of everything we requested and adjusted his showings based on our taste, budget and specifications. He made the shopping experience fantastic.I am glad that I stopped by CORT - it was a comprehensive shopping experience and I was able to buy everything I was hoping for and all under a single roof.

Great place to find all the necessary furnitures for my new office space. Save me tons of time shopping around and also the best thing is - all in discounted price. They do deliver and set up with a really small fees. Salesman is very helpful to assist me finding what I needed and was super nice!!!! I would recommend anyone to this store. Save $$, Save Time, Best Service !!!

This place has unique furniture - pieces that are cool and unlike traditional furniture stores! The prices are reasonable, too. Service is great. You get acknowledged as soon as you walk through the door and the don’t hover over you while you are browsing. Tatum took really good care of me. I purchased the perfect chair there. I also bought a super cool lamp there because they only had one in stock at the time - but I wanted two lamps. I called the next day to see if I could get another one (actually two) and Tatum made it happen. I just wish I had known about this place along time ago. I would strongly recommend this place mainly because of the variety of furniture coupled with the super service. I will definitely be back! Great experience!

Fabulous service from Tatum! I used google lens to find my exact lamp I bought 5 years ago in another city for >$250 from Cort furniture outlet for $70! Beyond thrilled to now have matching lamps! Thank you again!!

10/10 experience at CORT Furniture Outlet. All thanks to Jose Gonzales! He immediately attended us & answered all questions we had. We bought 2 mattresses with the box spring & I can say that I am pleased with our purchase. Will be coming back for sure :)

5 stars goes all to Jose for being the best salesperson I’ve dealt with. I walked in here with little expectations to find the couch that I wanted and Jose really went above and beyond to listen to my wants and needs. There were a lot of high quality, modern and traditional pieces with minimal wear and tear. He even did the favor of showing me new shipments that had just been received and hadn’t made it out to the showroom floor yet. He was super easy to work with and wasn’t pushy one bit throughout my time while I looked. He set up my delivery date and assured me Cort’s customer satisfaction guarantee and policy on my way out. I look forward to my delivery in the coming days!

I was in the market for a new desk as I'm moving to Houston soon. I looked all over the Houston area (and let's be honest, it isn't a small footprint). I came across CORT Furniture and decided to give them a chance. Upon arriving, I was greeted by some of their sales persons who were attentive and seemed interested in what I was looking for. They directed me to the correct location of their desks and helped me pick out the perfect one. While they had a few gentlemen that were working, the first to greet me was Tatum Gehbauer. He was kind, educated, and was super attentive to all my concerns about the type of desk I was looking for. While we were making conversation, Bob and Jose joined in and it made me feel like I was chatting with family. The service from the above salesmen was nothing short of fantastic and I will definitely be giving CORT Furniture my business in the future.
