Car wash just steals money. Called it in and was told that the manager from that location never reports that it's broken, so just takes people money

Do not recommend coming to this circle k. I come here every morning before I go to work, I asked for a enjoy tobacco product and did not realize until I got to work that it was the wrong one. The package was unopened and I'm provided a receipt. Because the employees careless mistake they would not exchange the the product. What a waste of money!

Wouldn't honor the price listed in the store because it rang up a different price. Very unprofessional company considering this is my 2nd issue with them in the last month..

This may sound petty but I firmly believe if you advertise fuel for a certain price make sure you adjust the pumps to reflect the same price! I realize it's just a mere penny in price but every single penny counts for those who are on a limited budget!

I don't go into the store, convenient stores are WAY too expensive, you pay double or triple the amount of an item but I do (did) use the CAR WASH and it NEVER ran correctly! I don't know how much money I have wasted there. I even went in one time to tell them that a hose had came off and they didn't even thank me!!! A clerk did go outside and take a picture of the problem but NO ONE offered to refund me.

I go to circle K every week if not daily. I get the breakfast burritos, cappuccinos, snacks, hand sanitizers and gasoline. Always great experience here! This morning in rush hour time right before 8am, I go in for gas and a cappuccino, & snacks. Vendors are there with boxes, the manager was assisting them & a customer on the floor. I see a long checkout line, with only one cashier. Everybody rushing in line because they have to get somewhere time sensitive.I hear the manager ask Linda, a cashier, if she needed help, "no I got it!" the customer in front of me had left the counter to grab something else, so it was going very slow. I understand lines, and customers. What I questioned Linda about was, the protocol for the store when it's backed up. I asked with no malice intent, I'm in customer service myself. Linda was so rude, talking over me, tossing my stuff in a bag. I couldn't even ask her how much did she put for my gas without her being passive aggressive with me. Then she says, "bye I hope your day gets better.." Bewildered initially, when she said this because I was not upset, my day was great and then I realized she was being sarcastic and nasty. I said, "ma'am don't do that. I do not need your attitude. My day is fine. I just asked a question." She said "OK, I have to get these next customers" rolling her eyes. I was disgusted, very disrespectful lady. I stood there trying to hold my composure & said, "don't do that. You're very rude and unprofessional." She huffed and puffed drop the scanner or whatever she had in her hand and shouts to the manager, who has now come up to get the line down, "I'm going to go put stuff up." and proceeds to walk away from the register, with a line still there.I leave to go pump my $30 in gas. (I always fill up here when there's 4 gas stations near and two that I pass up to stop at this one because the customer service WAS GOOD) I think to myself, no, I am never coming here again. I walk back into the store I asked the manager if the funds would go back on my card she said yes if I didn't pump it. She justifies Linda's actions, I am sure she did not know the whole story. Telling me it was not Linda's fault & it was her fault... she apologized. I understand everything! I just asked a question and Linda got very nasty about it. I told the manager I never said it was her fault, I asked her a question she was very unprofessional and rude. I will not be back. felt very disrespected. That is not how customer service representatives should treat anybody representing a company.The prices at corner stores for simple snacks are hiked up because we are essentially paying for the CONVENIENCE of it. The convenience of not having to wait 10 minutes in a long line because there's only one cashier.

The cashier that was working today 7.10.21 @ 6pm was so RUDE ! my husband was trying to put gas he only had $100 bill and he was trying to put 20 we clearly saw the 2-3 people in front of us pay in $20s when he tried to pay for gas she told told my husband she did not have change when we clearly saw the people in from of us give you change. We told her that we just want gas and she said No that she didn’t have change my husband went to the guy on the next register and when we was about to go get change the lady Said “NO we don’t have change” but yet she had more than enough change in the register. We Weren’t able to get gas.
