Attendant doesn't understand that prepurchasing a certain quantity of fuel on credit constitutes offering it at the cash price discount. I paid for a fill-up and was charged full price for mid grade, regardless.

Terrible service Terrible food that tastes like cardboard there's 2 gas stations down the road that are way better. One has a food area with workers making fresh food. Coffee area is unbeatable too. And even another Gas station down the road that's also better than this one

it is the worst place the cashier is very rude she did not want to charge 1 soda with a $100 bill and put $50 of gas she wanted to take the soda from my 8 year old daughtermy husband didn't let me touch my daughter so i started yelling and pushingwe called the police but they didn't comeI do not recommend this place, the customer service is very bad

I felt discriminated cuz the cashier told me come inside and the other employe stop me at the dile and she dont let me in few minutes later a guy arríve and she told him he cant going in she was laughing and told him i dont let her going inside and he told her maybe she donde want to go inside the store she laugth and said i dont let her come in ,he smile and said im late for Work i need buy my coffe and she let him going inside the store.i was paying by the window very confuse why she acting like that.

Gas pumps working very slow. I don’t even know if they are pumping gas.It took about 5 minutes to pump 0.36 gallons

I would like to contact corporate about the man behind the register on Sunday September 29,2019 7:15pm. He was very rude told my husband he was busy yet he was on the phone. But then went on to tell him to go put gas elsewhere. So we went to Stripes down the street. We went back to get the store number I went in myself and he ignored me for a good while. He was eating something behind the register. When he finally decided to ring up the almonds I was purchasing he got them and rung them up. This was at the store at#2629 6142 Long Dr. Houston, Texas 77087. I don't know his name because he was not wearing a name tag. He did have braids on top of his head.

I just left this store just now at 9:22pm on 5/24/2019 the lady at the register was very rude and refused to service anyone saying that they were closed.
