On June 1, I pulled over between 10:30 & 11ish pm and experienced the worse customer service ever. Let’s start off saying I ALWAYS stop at this particular gas station because fuel incentives when using the Dasher App and the 10cent fuel discount I received when paying for gas.
I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from your representative during my recent visit. Upon entering the store, I was completely ignored and not acknowledged at all, even when I approached to pay for gas. When she finally did acknowledge me, her attitude was dismissive and rude, as if I was an inconvenience to her.
Throughout my interaction, she was on her phone having a personal conversation, calling someone "weird" because they didn't want to send her a number. This lack of professionalism was glaring, especially when she charged my card twice. When I asked her to get off the phone and assist me, she reacted as though I was asking too much, staring at me without saying anything.
When I explained the issue with the double charge, she banged on the register and told me I had to wait to get my money back. Her response to my agitation was highly inappropriate, as she exclaimed, "damn, you really tripping over $10." Given the recent weather events in Houston, my funds are tight, so yes, $10 is significant to me. I also pointed out that if she hadn't been on the phone, this issue could have been avoided.
The situation escalated to the point where I had to leave and ask my boyfriend to handle it, as I was so frustrated I feared I might lose my temper. This is the second time I've had problems with this particular representative. The first time, I chalked it up to her having a bad night, but this recurring poor behavior is unacceptable.
I strongly urge you to retrain her immediately, starting with the PROPER WORK UNIFORM. Such unprofessionalism and rudeness are damaging to your business and unacceptable in any customer service role.

The associate a black male on duty today at 11:40 pm was very rude and unprofessional while he checked me out. I want the manager/owner to watch camera for reference. don’t think this guy is a good fit for service.

I stop by here all the time in the mornings. This store has a good selection of tacos and has the pizza. I like the staff here they remember my cigarettes. Knowing back roads in this area make this location more accessible.

Worst night attendant I’ve ever met. She asked me several times to hurry up and when I asked for a receipt she wouldn’t give it to me. I understand at the time I showed us they closed the inside but when I described what I wanted she was vocally annoyed with me.

Overcharged for cheese nachos because the cashiers don't know thier job. Nachos are priced at $2.49. The cashier charged extra for chili and cheese. The cheese isn't extra, it's included in the price of the nachos. The extra price is for the hot dogs and frito pies, not the nachos.

Loved this convenience store. It has the soda fountain machines with tons of options and flavors, which I love. Service was incredibly kind and he seemed to be taking care of everyone in the store like a local hero. Parking is a bit tricky but once you navigate it you’re good. Great location off Shepherd and I-10. Clean and organized convenience store. Nothing bad to say!
