I paid $2.63 for a single black and white one side print. Didn’t use their computer. I emailed it to them. They seem to just make up prices. I was in a hurry and needed the print so I had no time to argue with being straight up scammed, and honestly I shouldn’t have to. Pricing should be honest and fair. This place does not do that. Go to fedex or somewhere else where the print for a single black and white is 50 cents if that.

They printed two pages of a document and charged me $3.50. The 50 cents was the processing fee for paying with card, so that makes each page $1.50. I thought I’d found a place to do my school printing. But that would come out to be about $20 to print an average essay of 13-14 pages or so. I might as well just buy expensive cartridges.

UPDATED REVIEW: I want to acknowledge that this business honors what it says. As you all read below, the owner said he would correct the order. HE DID!!! ALL OF THE CARDS ARE ON GOOD PAPER STOCK!! THEY WERE SO NICE ABOUT DOING IT, TOO. YES, CAPS, because I want to encourage the positive actions instead of highlighting the mistakes more.Juan was so attentive, polite, patient and professional. This was my very first order with Copy Plus. The design was better than I expected, especially with the limited information (initially) that he had to work with. The only reason I didn't give 5 starts is I thought for the price I paid for 250 cards, the paper quality would be at least a tad thicker and less flimsy. I have gotten cards from others and paid less and had better paper quality. I guess I should have asked. Other than that, he came up with a good design, was so patient and professional. His customer service was good. He realizes that customers matter.UPDATE 9/11/2021... Some of the cards are different shades of blue. I wish he would reach out to me.

Ben and Pablo are very helpful. I've been coming here for several years but today I take my hat off for these guys. My printer at home stopped working while i was in the middle of a project that included a lot of document creation, printing, scanning etc. Throughout this project both Ben and Pablo have been genuinely working with me each time I came in. This morning I signed my contract right in this office with Ben's help. Thank you guys. Highly recommend.

If I could give them 0 stars I WOULD I’ve only been to this location 3 times the 1st time was great no problems or issues the 2nd time I went the elderly man was very RUDE to me for no reason when I asked about a printing issue on the business cards to remind you I didn’t do business with him it was the other guy (which is nice & respectful) but that OLDER guy is rude & he was also RUDE when I was inquiring about other business supplies I will NOT recommend this place to anyone the quality isn’t as good for them to charge the way they do “LOWER PRICES” my a**
