What's happened at copy.com They used to be so customer friendly and helpful when you needed assistance with a project. I (and organizations that I work for) have spent thousands of dollars there over the last 20 years. My last two interactions (with the same staff member) have been awful. He always seems so rushed, nervous and VERY short tempered. In both cases his response to solving a VERY routine graphics problem was "Come back later and talk to someone else." Seriously?

These guys definitely saved the day. I had problems with my original printing press and I needed a order to go out asap. They got my invitations in cut to my liking and they saved the day. I will definitely be back!

Copy.com is a Montrose treasure. I have used their services for several years and have never been disappointed. A special shout-out to Ms. McGinnis who assisted me this morning. Keep up the great work you do for the community!

I used them to print programs, table assignments, and other graphics for my wedding. They are prompt and their work was perfect. They turned around my wedding programs in less than 24 hours (which was good, because I was getting married in about 48 hours). I did all my own design for what I sent them, so I can't speak to their design services. However, their printing services and customer service are top notch.

Ryan, When I emailed Copydotcom I had no real idea what I wanted. When Ryan, showed me his idea of my logo, I was floored. My Board flipped for Ryan's change of our logo. Ryan's logo is the logo we are using at VAST! Thank you Ryan and Copydotcom.

I worked with Andre to get wedding envelopes printed, and he was great! Was willing to help me set up the files correctly even though I sent him multiple revisions. Was able to get the envelopes back to me same day, and they look great! COVID wedding planning has been stressful, but I'm glad copydotcom was able to lift a great load off our shoulders.

Not to be confused with coffee dot com which is Starbucks, or Cocky dot com which is my website. Hi girls. This is an expensive copy store located in Montrose, but it's much better than Kinko's and gets all the copying business for the Hipster Community done in a much more efficient and friendly way. It's easy to get around and has everything you would need. They're just a really good store and I support them. I just wish the prices were a bit lower but I get it. It's a high-rent area. What's Kinkos' excuse?

5 STARS FOR WEDDING INVITATIONS! I did not want to pay $$$$ for wedding invitations, but I wanted them to be classy and meaningful. My brother custom designed a template for us in Photoshop and I bought paper from Paper Source. I then had the dilemma of where to have them printed... COPY.COM has surpassed all my expectations! I worked with Hilary, who sat down with me for 1.5 hrs on 2 occasions to adjust my files to my liking, get all the envelope addresses right, and do test prints. She stayed after hours with me so we could finish editing. AND she text and emailed me every step of the way to make sure I was happy with the outcome. She treated my project as if it was her own. The quality of the prints on their RICOH printer is top notch. I highly recommend COPY.COM (and Hilary!!!) for any of your printing needs. They will work with you extensively to get the result you're looking for and treat you like family. I have paid hundreds of $ less than I would have printing invitations through an online option... and they came out unique and tailored for us.

I usually come here to get some posters printed for my events. I really can't say to much about their customer service on the floor since there's really not much there. The people there don't really speak to you unless you speak to them and none of the people there look to happy about working there either. Biggest drawback is their policy regarding orders that you have them make but never pick up. I tried putting in an order over the phone today and was made aware that I had an order that I never picked up a while back. I don't want to pay extra for something that I changed my mind on a long time ago. It's a huge inconvenience for me just makes me want to take my business elsewhere.

As I entered Copydotcom, I was greeted by a lovely lady who help assisted me throughout my entire confusion. I had never been here before so I didn't know how the process went. We were having some issues with uploading my files but we got it figured out. The quality is nice and very cheap as well. I would definitely return if I was printing cheap and good quality pictures. I don't think I would come here for blown up professional pictures though.
