As a loyal customer and doing business with Conn’s, now I can say that I’m very disappointed with the service they provided me. I recently purchased a television and at time of unboxing it everything seemed fine, and as soon as I turn on the television, you can see a big dent on the corner. (Attached you will find pictures) As soon as I noticed it , I contacted warehouse and the store and they said they would try to exchange the television and asked to send them pictures and they would help get this issue resolved. 3 days passed and didn’t hear from them. Emailed them and they said management was doing everything possible to exchange it. Two days passed, didn’t hear anything from them, emailed them back again and all they said was that they were sorry for the inconvenience but there was nothing that they can do on their end. The store manager replied to my email saying that their hands were tied, that they have been told no on all fronts from upper management. Their best suggestion was for me to call manufacturer to try to get the Tv fixed. That was their ONLY option. Conns, we working people saved up our money to try to purchase things for our home, and with businesses like this trying to sale damaged electronics it’s just not fair. I feel like I was robbed. Conns if you look up my name or my wife’s name, you will find us as truly loyal customers. I would really like a response from upper management on this matter if they really appreciate their customers.Update: As of March, 9th 2024 I have not received any calls from anybody regarding my issue. That is a lie! The last email received from them is when I followed up and the store manager said via EMAIL, that her hands were tied. That they have been told no on all fronts from upper management. That my ONLY option was to get in contact with manufacturer to try to solve my issue. This is so overwhelming! After this purchase we were planning to go back to the store and get the king beige bed that I had mentioned to one of your salesman that I wanted for my master bedroom. How sad and disappointed that you can’t get a solution for your customers.

Our experience at Conn’s was awesome we’re treated with respect and kindness and we walked in looking for a washer and dryer and walk out very satisfied and it was delivered first thing the next morning. We will definitely have to come back in the future

After many years of being customer here and doing business with conn’s now I can say that I am so disappointed with the service that they provide and offer to customers, please do not buy any type of extra warranty from this people they tell you that warranty cover everything and when you finally comes and use the warranty they give you the run around just not to fix or cover any thing. This a very well scam they running here and service manager that work in this particular store are rude and don’t care about customers.Conns look my name up and see how many years I have being doing business with you and is so disappointed that I am giving a bad review especially in this store, that the people that you have there are liar and rude.
