Terrible experience with them. The con part in their name, suits them very well.
I purchased a $2,300.00 washer and dryer from them. When I canceled the order as a result of non-delivery of the item requested, they returned the credit portion back to my credit card and said they will mail me a check for the remaining cash balance.
This was over a month and a half ago and I still have not received my $900.00 check. When I called on a multitude of times requesting the remaining portion of my money, it’s been nothing but passing the buck from the Customer Service Representative, to the Warehouse Representative, back to the Store, to no avail.
This all happened before they filed for bankruptcy and the situation doesn’t look promising, as for them returning my hard earned money.
I definitely do not recommend anyone to shop at this place.

I want shopping online to find a freezer. In this particular case they were the most expensive store that carried the model I was looking for. I will not say they are the most expensive store overall because I don't know. They were simply the most expensive store for the freezer I was looking for

Update:This was never addressed or corrected by management after I sent the email as directed. Never doing business with Conns again!Original post:I always try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt when I hear negative reviews, but my experience with Conn's was quite alarming. I'll keep this brief as I assume it may not be addressed, making it a waste of my time. I was approved for a credit line of $3,000, with no real need aside from adding the account to my credit history. With a 700 credit score, an associate eagerly contacted me to make a sale, which is understandable. However, they emphasized the Memorial Day sale and urged me to take advantage of the "no interest for 72 months" offer. After considering it, I decided to purchase a new washer and dryer set for my parents.When we arrived at the store to view the appliances, I was surprised when the associate presented a high monthly payment. Upon requesting a breakdown of the itemized purchases, I discovered that 4-year warranties had been added to all items without my consent. After removing the warranties, the associate seemed rushed, perhaps due to a loss of additional commission. She also offered an accessory package, mentioning hoses, but failed to inform me that it included the power cord, which I later found out during installation.During the signing of the contract, the associate quickly flashed an iPad screen, flipping to the next screen and asking me to sign without allowing me to read through the contract thoroughly. Upon skimming through and returning the iPad, I was surprised to find that she had copied my signatures and initials onto the contract.To add to the frustration, I was promised $900 headphones as a free incentive, claimed to be "Bose quality," but upon receiving them, they were clearly inferior and seemed to retail for much less according to a quick search.Overall, the entire transaction raised red flags, with tactics that felt like those of con artists. While I doubt my concerns will be addressed, I wanted to give the opportunity for an official response before considering contacting the Better Business Bureau.Negative Experiences:1) Associate calling me to promote the interest-free 72-month term2) Sales associate adding unauthorized warranties3) Neglecting to inform me about power cords not being included4) Sales associate transferring my signature and limiting my visibility of the contract5) Inferior headphones with an unjustified price tag as an incentivePositive Experience:The delivery men were extremely polite and attentive.

Anthony was AMAZING!!! I loved how he spoke with my sons being that the furniture we were buying was for them. He was engaged and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and truly made this an overall pleasant experience. Thank you so much Anthony and keep up the great work you do!!!
