I had a good experience at this store, I came in looking for a refrigerator since our old one died. Mr. Noe Gomez was our sales associate. He was very knowledgeable when it came to appliances and what the differences were between each other. Like I mentioned before he is very knowledgeable at his job, I asked a lot of questions and he had answers for all of them. He explained to me on how the whole process works regarding warranty/service/etc. To make the story short I’m leaving with a new fridge and have Mr. Gomez to thank for that.

It is the worst regarding quality and they do not resolve when they deliver furniture in poor condition, I complained about it the same day and until today they do not resolve anything for more than a year, it is a useless Dresser room set, it is too much money for nothing.

The team at this store is very nice , but the store policies regarding charges paying with your credit you will end paying a lot of extra $$$ many times and be careful if you pay before the date you are supposed to because the system will put you in late payment line and it will cost you extra fees too, avoid to get removed from free interest paying in 12 months, in addition the customer service by phone need more training , they don’t know how to answer your questions , they don’t know how much you owe and why. They add you two insurances policies for each purchase you make different days, this is additional money they charge you for each payment you make till you pay off your balance. For example if you buy a TV with your credit in monthly payments and the cost is $2000 you will end almost paying 3 times the real cost. I use to pay earlier every month and the system removed me the free interest option paying off the balance in 12 months and I have only 4 months paying on time, they said by phone I payed late and that’s not true , I always pay early and I pay extra $ to pay off faster and the balance doesn’t go down. I requested an statement by mail and I didn’t receive anything. Also I sent a cancelación request for the property insurances they added to my accounts because I have my own property insurance and they never came back to me by mail with the confirmation . I repeat the team at this store is great but the system Conn’s uses to get your extra money is not recommended, if you buy in Conn’s pay cash only because with your credit you will become crazy with a big headache. I understand if I buy using credit is ok to pay interest but Conn’s is the best one stealing your money. There’s not second time to buy with conn’s, this is embarrassing they get a only one time customer and never come back with them, that’s not a good business, I think they will be one of the companies that will close their company like many others very soon.

This store they have bad customer service the only thing they need your money after you sign the paper no body they don't wan tate they I am busy I am busy. I am 11 year's I brought tv bed refrigerator stove dishwasher every 2 or 1 year's they cheating the customer even they returning policy is its so bad don't go this very bad customer service place I will give to them negative ? 0

Really bad experience, the guy who did my sell didn’t explain the contract, and the result I ended up paying an extra $120 on the purchase I made. I do not recommend that you go buy with credit from that store.
