I bought some washing machines and paid $99 for delivery so that they would deliver it to me on a specific date and they took it to another building. When I contacted the store they told me to call the warehouse, I called them and a woman named Monica answered the question. I asked for photos of the supposed delivery to my home, which confirmed that they did not arrive at my house. The representative in Spanish named Mónica gave me terrible service, she was very rude, she did not allow me to speak to her and she even hung up on me. I asked him for a complaint number and he told me that I had to call the store that they were responsible. Despite having communicated with them immediately, they told me to call wherever I call, they can only deliver it on a date when I will be out of the City. Now no one can give me an explanation. I do not recommend the store because they have very poor coordination and in the end it is only the buyer who loses.

It’s kinda a good thing that this store is going out of business especially with a person like FRANK being in charged! Rude, lazy, disrespectful and no type of help whatsoever! The staff working underneath him was more help then he was! But what he can do is be on his phone and be uninterested in the situation where their site allowed me to place an order a certain way that it shouldn’t and take my money and he offered no help to rectify the situation! But his cashier as he called her was a lot of help! He even threatened to put me out the store because I’m trying to understand where my money went, and all he kept saying over and over was about a dang invoice! Telling me he was losing his cool like he was scaring me! I told him to lose it! And that he was going to ask me to leave, and I told him I was when I was done speaking the young lady I was speaking with and that’s when he said she’s my cashier like he had some type of ownership over her! Please find FRANK something to do in the warehouse that doesn’t involve customers!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
Be careful with LATEEF ADELEKE!! He will sign the contracts for you without him showing it to you, and on top of that will lie about delivery dates just for you to buy it!
I was supposed to get my stuffs today and now they say is out of stock!!! Stay away from him and this place!

We purchased a cooktop on 5/17/24

The lady who help us was new and sold us, a Induction cooktop so we had to return it and exchange it for another one and got $216.50 refunded back to my card, then a couple days later I had to drive back to this South Gessner location for them to schedule installation because they didn't do it, on 5/28/24 the installation guy came he said he couldn't install it becuase it wouldn't fit, so we told the installation guy that we would hire our own installation company to install the cooktop the installation guy call them and told them he didn't install it, so I drove back to the Conn's on South Gessner that same day to get my Refund for
$199.99 that we pay for installation the
3rd key guy in charge said he couldn't do anything to came see store Manager on Wednesday, so On Wednesday 5/ 29/24
I drove to the location, found the Store on the front desk, I told him I need a refund for my installation he tells me he can't do anything because the ticket needs to be Reopen, he doesn't even try to call nobody to see what he can do, he sends me back home and said he would call me Thursday 5/30/24 and he didn't
I drove back there on Friday 5/31/24
At 3:35pm employees tell me that Store Manager is not there that he went home
Again the 3rd key holder Manager said he can't help me, I call customer service and said they will open a ticket so Store can call me, my question is for what if they don't know What heck they doing, I will report the charge as (Services Not Rendered ) to my credit card company. And I'm sure they will credit my account back in 1 day or sooner.
I should not be driving to the Location every other day and Not even one Manager try to call customer service, all they keep telling me is we will call you back when the ticket gets Reopen this is so stupid, that management can't take care of a refund or they don't know who to call for help, to guide them on how to take care of a customer.
