I had a great time with Angel picking out my washing machine. He explained the differences between all the washers. Also I made sure I got the warranty so if anything happens to my washer I can get it fixed. I am so happy with my Samsung. I'm washing everything in my house! Love it. Can't wait to get the matching dryer!

Sales Associate Christian Speed is beyond amazing, humble, patient, honest, caring and all around amazing person. He worked with me and my Fiance on everything that we where looking for and working with in the finances. He really took what we was saying into consideration on showing what they have and what we can do. The store was clean and organized as well and that help us to decide and where to look that fits us as a family.

Very polite, friendly, and professional sales associates. She didn't try to sell me the most expensive TV and Refrigerator in the store. She sold me what I needed. I liked that attitude, and her courtesy. I truly enjoyed my visit and purchases.

I'm really sorry but I do not need to be followed as I'm browsing around store,didn't meet my expectations with customer service. It's disappointing when you don't get the support you're looking for.
