Having to be on workers comp, it's very hard to find ok care.The staff at the Southwest location is nice and helpful, willing to take care of patients there. Also the specialist doctor, Dr. Randy Luo is really good of what he does and very professional at his job.

The lady on the front desk not helping people I’m not want to mention her name maybe she also have a family only for office proofs her name was starting bye IB…. Or EB…. , I was really need my documents by email she ain’t help me with which I lost the job opportunity but the doctors are really professional and friendly.

Excellent place, very cozy and pleasant, the staff that works super efficient and friendly, the girl who attended us at the reception helped us with our problem, which she resolved immediately, and the nurses and doctor were very professional and attentive. I highly recommend it.

I enjoyed the care I received at Concentra. I'm so glad it was just a TB test, and not a medical emergency. I can trust that they'll step up with a medical emergency that I hope never to have. I feel sympathy toward one of the personnel because of their need for artificial oxygen at such a young age, let alone at all. Whoever you are, my heart goes out to you.
