I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Complete Care medical and specifically Lauren M. I shopped so many providers, recommended through insurance, sponsored ads on social medias, referrals from others and finally landed on complete care through a manufacturers affiliate. It was hands down the best, most efficient and highly responsive experience I could have desired.Lauren handled communicating all parts of my order efficiently. The package arrived in just a few short days just as expected. I can only speak to my experience with Lauren, but if she is the example of customer service at Complete Care Medical, I fully recommend.

Travis Karlskind is "Complete Care Medical" to me. After my prostatectomy I was looking for ways to deal with my new inadequacies left behind by the surgery. I could not live my life in "Depends" no matter how short a term, and I was searching for alternative solutions. I called Complete Care Medical, andTravis and I discussed the alternatives. I am excessively happy with the solution we came up with. Travis was great to work with. He furnished a few samples so I could better narrow down a way to deal with my problem. Now my products come to me every month, on time, like clockwork without any hitches. Working with Travis and Complete Care Medical is a truly positive experience for me and I am sure it will be one for whoever is reading this.

I was once visiting my daughter during an unusual Texas cold spell. My skin was a wreck, and she offered me her favorite secret product, Celador Soothe & Renew serum.Fast forward to years later, and I just purchased yet another bottle. It’s my absolute favorite- nourishing, no oily residue, great quality for the price and no break outs. My attached picture (translucent packaging)- I use it!I’ve since come to realize that Complete Care Medical has an amazing selection of quality wellness products- vitamins, OTC, durable medical goods… I was just coming back for the amazing customer service (say Gig 'em to Lauren :). I had an appointment with my Urologist a couple of weeks ago and was prescribed catheters for a urinary condition. The doctor's office was supposed to call in the prescription and I was told the catheters would be delivered to my home. I waited for the delivery and it became apparent there was a problem. I was down to one catheter so it was imperative that I get more. When I called yesterday, the doctor's nurse realized that the order had not been called in. She immediately called Complete Care Medical and explained the situation. The same day (yesterday) I was called back and told Dave Pitts of CCM would be bringing me a supply of sample catheters to cover my needs until my prescription was filled. Today Dave called and told me he would personally bring the catheters to my house in a couple of hours. As promised Dave indeed showed up with a very generous supply of catheters, completely complimentary. That was an act of compassion that I feel is rare in this day and age. These are good folks and I hope their business reaps rewards as a result of their thoughtful practices.

Complete Care really provided excellent service. In trying to determine the best breast pump for my lifestyle coupled with what my insurance would cover I couldn’t recommend a better company! They were quick and attentive to my questions and walked me seamlessly through the process.
