I had horrible experience at my previous pharmacy, then came here to Commnity Walgreens and will be only coming here from now on, excellent experience and awesome service at this pharmacy, thanks for preparing my child's medication.

Always very friendly and helpful staff. Their automated phone service could use a few improvements but there’s nothing like speaking with a person which was very easy to access using the phone menu.

I have had my prescriptions at this location for six years. They have gone dramatically downhill over time. Never has there been worse pharmacy customer service. My doctor called in a prescription for me on Monday afternoon and left a message on the pharmacist voicemail after being on hold for over an hour and hung up on twice. My script could not be found or filled by closing on the Monday. The script was for an urgent infection and antibiotic needed to begin immediately as my condition was worsening. Today I called to make sure script was being prepared. I was on hold for an hour with 6 calls ahead of me. with only one call away until my turn, I was hung up on. So then, later today, my assistant spent two hours in line dealing with rude Britney and a SCREAMING pharmacist named "ZARA" who insisted that no such script existed. My doctors office was again simultaneously on hold with the location similarly and continuously being hung up on. These two employees need to be released to find work that does not involve interaction with patients. Do not count on this Walgreens location for your medicine or assistance. You could die.

Scheduled an appointment for a booster shot, walked in and got the shot in under 5 minutes. Couldn't be happier with how kind and quick this little pharmacy was!

Horrible experience had an appointment at 10:15 waited till 10:50 and left with no shot. I was the only one there. Staff was standing conversating and front desk person kept telling me to fill out stuff I did online. Horrible place dont go here.

I felt I should leave a review, bc my experience has been very different from the others I have read. Today was my second experience dealing with the pharmacy. On both occasions I had to make multiple phone calls and the women who took my calls were always extremely helpful and never made me feel rushed. They were very compassionate and so helpful in getting me a discount on the very expensive fertility medication I needed. I am very grateful to have found this place and HIGHLY recommend for anyone being treated for fertility issues or IVF. Of course my husband picked up my Rx so I cannot speak for the experience at the actual location. However my medication was immediately filled and ready, one of the days being right before a holiday when no one else seemed able….and at a MUCH CHEAPER PRICE!

They told me that they transferred my prescription, and not only did they not, they also refuse to send a new prescription transfer or just fill it themselves. They also refuse to tell me which pharmacy they transferred this to, so I can't even hunt this down myself.

The staff is awful! I made an appointment for 2:10 on line and drove all the way to their location only to find out they didn't receive the vaccine. She said she didn't call or email me back was because they were to busy. Total BS!

I agree with Kita in the first review. This pharmacy has no sense of urgency, which is unacceptable when it's concerning a person's health. In addition to that, they are not open on weekends, the wait time is much longer, and there's no drive-thru with little parking available. They need to just close this pharmacy because they are far from helpful.

Waited 25 minutes in drive through behind 1 car, then she says I'll be with you in a moment, 10 minutes late still nothing, I left, Corpus Christi at Ayers, hire more people, you charge enough for everything!

Loved my experience here to pick up my medication. The pharmacist, Kelly and the rest of the staff were very welcoming and attentive to what I needed. Got what I needed as soon as it was available. Great customer service! You won't regret it
