We enjoyed our 3-night stay at the Comfort Suites. Some people complain that it is old and tired which is true - but what do people expect for the price. We found the rooms to be spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is basic but at least there is a breakfast! There’s a small gym, laundry, conference room and supplies. It’s also well located within Houston. Staff were super helpful we found. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Took my money gave me the run around on the refund just to tell me the time expired on the refund. Customer service and corporate were 0 help.

Hot hotel . Nothing works, service people are friendly but this hotel should not be open, the beds sheets smell a lot like bleach, hotel smell like weed elevators hot I would never come again here . Every day same thing for breakfast.Rooms: Smell nasty bed sheets smell like to much bleach

An excellent place to rest and work from your room. My room was a king suite and the bed was very comfortable.The hotel is clean and safe; with a lot of restaurants and stores around.

1) The room had a musty smell, exacerbated by the fact that they had turned off the AC - likely to save electricity - at the height of summer in Houston. They knew we were coming, so why not send some staff to turn on the AC a few hours before check in? 2) The beds were quite saggy (not firm); after the 2nd night the back hurt sleeping in the sag. 3) No brown bread in breakfast, only a few slices of white bread; such penny pinching could not have saved them more than 50cents per person but at the cost of a poor impression. 4) On Thursday nights, if your room faces the front of the building you will be woken up by loud sounds of 12+ dumpsters (in the neighboring property) being emptied by the Trash pickup guys at 4am - sounds last well over 5 minutes.

Room, mattress was nice. Slept well. Breakfast was disappointing. Bagel my husband picked up was moldy. He took one bite and spit it out. Waffle that you cook yourself is the only hot option. Cereal, juice as and coffee were available.

The night clerk(Male) gave US the sheets to put on the Sofa Sleeper, so when we pulled the sofa-sleeper out, it had food trapped in the sheets and the sheets that were already on there, were dirty ...WE don't work there! Do YOUR Job! However, Terrico (Day Clerk) was very friendly and displayed exceptional Customer Service!!

Crystal at the front desk was amazing, handled my needs perfectly. However, I will never stay here again. They want to charge a $250 deposit for one night. That cost more than the single stay itself. Never again. Also, the floor was sticky and dirty in the bathroom and the entry way. But the AC was great and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent also. Would stay here again if it werent for the insane deposit.

My stay was not as horrible as some the ones i read about. But while i was checking in Ms Jolle at the front desk told me there will be a $250 deposit on top of the $153.00 for the room. I told her the girl that took the reservation for me didnt inform me of a deposit and I didnt pay a deposit the last time i stayed at that hotel ,which was just last month. Ms Jolle at the front desk told me a new manager took over. I thought it was because i had a room with a hot tub and whoever took my reservation must have been new. Ms Jolle didnt really seem to care and just asked for my credit card. Im glad the deposit was refunded. I will never stay at that hotel again

The hotel staff, especially Krystal, were professional, friendly, and provided excellent service. The room was clean and spacious. We enjoyed our visit!Rooms: Clean and spacious.Nearby activities: Close to NRG Arena, shopping and good restaurants.Food & drinks: Thank you for breakfast, please consider adding bacon and eggs.
