If you want a hotel that feels like home I definitely recommend this hotel . The staff is very polite and understanding . The hotel is close to the airport which is convenient when your traveling . Free shuttles to the hotel which is amazing for a visitor . Most of all my family and I felt very safe .Rooms: Very spacious rooms with comfortable beds

The place was older likely late 90s or early millennium. But it had everything you needed. The staff was impeccable and the place was spotless. Staff was extremely friendly and professional. Location was excellent.

Good location, clean rooms, shuttle available.Although the ice machine was not working and they are not offering breakfast, they give you a lunch box instead.

Enjoyed our stay., staff is very friendly, great hospitality. It's the sixth time that we stay at this location 15555 John F Kennedy ( Houston Texas ) AirportGood Job.! Needs maintenance ( paint is in bad shape )Rooms: Very Comfortable and Clean - need paint job., Desk Chair is in very bad shape., it's torn it was repaired with duck tape.

Comfort inn should be ashamed. There was a dead cockroach in the shower. The room and hallway carpets were stained and had not been vacuumed in quite a while. The bathroom smelled like it had not been cleaned. Cars had been broken into…..often. Finally, breakfast was supposed to be ready, but “did not make it”. They gave us bags instead. DO NOT STAY HERE, SLEEP IN YOUR CAR.

The location was perfect when stranded at IAH overnight. The front desk lady was amazing!! So sweet and helpful. I am so grateful for her.There is a weird smell in the third floor hallway and alot of unknown noises in my room. But for the price it was terrific!!
