They are amazing!! I had extreme hail damage occur over the summer. They were easy to contact, friendly and thorough. I dropped my car off on a Monday and they told me it would be done Friday it was ready on Wednesday. They went the extra mile and took wonderful care of me and my car. I will be a customer here for the rest of my life!

These guys are the real deal. I wouldn’t trust my car with anyone else! I came this morning to have a dent looked at. They took their time and explained to me why it would require more work than just PDR. I trust this shop and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy work.

I took my Ineos Grenadier in today for tinting (alot of glass) and I am more than happy with the outcome!! I am very happy with the customer service because they are knowledgeable, professional and Andy had a great suggestion on the tinting in the back to give a more uniform appearance for that type vehicle.
This is my 2nd very positive experience - the first being damage from a fallen tree limb on my Blazer. Andy is so incredibly helpful and Lafayette did such a wonderful job that you can't even tell that anything ever happened. They exceeded my expectations.
I will recommend Collision Craftsman to anyone needing body work or tinting.

I met mark the old owner longtime ago and took my father phantom to fix they did a great job
BUT since the new owner took over Andy everything went wrong with this shop the guy cares about money not customers and the run around and the lie made feel like he doesn’t deserve the reputation and the respect of the old body shop that he bought to keep the customers happy and satisfied
Bad job and bad work I won’t never ever do business with them or recommend them to friends or family
