Please must read all reviews before taking your vehicle to this shop!! Don’t fall for the fake nice Denise because she a total liar! My car was involved in the theft. She got paid for parts and labor to fix my car and returned it to me with wires hanging, paint chipping pieces falling off. Not to mention the mechanical work is awful. My vehicle was still damaged when I received it. And I was out of a rental by then so I accepted my car and I kept returning and they kept guessing on to what what’s wrong with it, the car is still acting up! And the lost property in the car that was not replaced. They are thieves they stole from my insurance and haven’t fixed the problem!! Be aware because Denise is rude as hell and fake!
I gave her time to make things right. I yet have not heard from her or anyone else in the shop.

Wow, I don’t even know where to start! Collision Fix is the most impeccable experience I’ve ever had with auto-service. Cleanliness, kindness, professionalism, attention to detail, and transparency were top-notch! They were even kind enough to give me daily updates throughout the entire process, so my mind was always at ease. ⚠️ Exercise caution when considering Sam Sunny Zamir's shop, as my promised lifetime warranty is NONEXISTENT under new management.Despite the potential competence of new management & workers, any change in the company, with Zamir appointing new management or altering the business name, renders your lifetime warranty practically WORTHLESS.In today's context of Zamir's business, the worry is that management & name change could result in customers losing their lifetime warranty, mirroring my own experience. What’s ugly is refusing to stand behind your warranty. Any change in business name & management doesn't justify discarding lifetime warranties. The individual in charge, despite any improvements in management, seems unwilling to uphold commitments made under previous management. Sam was co-owner then and he is co-owner today.

Exercise caution when considering Sunny Zamir shop, as my promised lifetime warranty is NONEXISTENT under new management/name change. Despite the "potential competence" of new management & workers, any change in the company, with Sunny Zamir appointing new management or altering the business name, renders your lifetime warranty practically WORTHLESS. The replacement of truck components, such as swapping a perfectly good dash cluster for a damaged one and changing my good Westin to Laverne step bars with poorly attached plastic Westin steps, raises concerns. The unnecessary removal of an undamaged step bar from passenger side and dash cluster swapped out further raises questions about their practices. Moreover, charging my insurance company for replacing the cab side, while pulling and bonding the panel, reflects dishonest practices to pocket the extra funds. They had my truck over 100 days on a 10 day job. I played a role in Sunny Zamirs shop losing its status as the preferred body shop for Northwest Dodge. When the new owners of Northwest Dodge took charge, I ensured they were aware of the implications of sending their customers to Sunny Samir's shop. If there has been any change in this arrangement, I am prepared to contact the owners of Northwest Dodge again or any dealership that does business with Sunny Zamir shop. * His warranty proves worthless amidst new management & name changes. Speaking the truth is not slander. My truck reflects the reality. Verify business history at that location. I obtained a judgment against Primestar's manager Mark Kedda the registered agent of the company not Sunny Zamir, co-owners are the ones taken to court when issues arise. Momentum was Tony who attempted to charge me again to fix this mess. Just like you did Denise. Sunny Zamir, a co-owner then and now, doesn't honor his warranty when he profits off of the money made in the company versus collecting rent for the shop, he should honor all warranties but he doesn't. I delayed my review due to threats against my family while living in the area. How much would it cost to rectify this situation? Pennies compared to the money you might lose from a negative review.

I had some damage to my truck's lock and handle. They helped me fix the damage QUICKLY. When a an extra part wa needed they let me know and gave me a very responsable price.
