Paula and the other woman working today made my day. They were funny and good natured. Plus they were working the line fast -well that was until an older gentleman didn’t know how to tap his credit card. They assisted, and after the man held up the line he was rude to them. Come on people, these employees deal with enough stress already. Be kind. Thanks for the laugh today!!

I went into two different stores at the Houston airport and asked for tissues. Both clerks ignored me.However at the CNBC Store, the clerk “Neal” said he didn’t have tissues but he had something better. They had wipes that wouldn’t be harsh or dry my nose. I normally don’t buy wipes at an airport. But I was so thankful for the outstanding customer service Neal provided I got two packs ?

Over priced commodities at an airport, pretty much par for the course

I came into the store it was really busy and people still would refuse to wear a mask, the associates handled it very well in stating that there is still a federal mandate for wearing your mask in the airport. Despite some rude people the associates were still very helpful. I cannot imagine having to repeat to adults people everyday that there is still a mask mandate, bless their hearts.

Mrs and I were thirsty for a diet cola. There was a gift shop next to our gate and it sold Pepsi, but no Coca-Cola products. I paid $6.93 for two bottles of 16oz diet Pepsi which was acceptable airport pricing. Cashier was friendly and masked.

Got here 5:55am, 5 minutes until open. They were talking behind the counter taking their time. Opened the doors, but when we tried to walk in they said “NO. Give us a few minutes.” Finally ready at 6:08. Wouldn’t care if I wasn’t trying to grab some items before my flight. Long hair left in the magazine section too.

Little lady behind counter argued with me about the sign that read 2 for $20 neck pillows that said paired with blanket or neck pillow. I read it as the pillow was included in purchase price. She said no when she said the total was $50. I told her then I just wanted the pillows but she kept wondering out loud why I didn't understand the sign. It didn't say with purchase of the latter. Because she was being so argumentative I didn't sign her void slip and walked out . She then proceeded to talk about me to the customers in line saying" they cant read". Poor customer service with an attitude.
