The Tray Rodriquez review below is false & should be reported. Pay attention to what he’s alleging. He states that he went shopping at Club Monaco for the first time in a year (he’s using that time frame for a reason) In that first visit he noticed alleged mistreatment of employees, being biased to looks & a specific manager giving certain customers discounts? To certain customers? How so? How is a person shopping noticing what’s allegedly happening on a register? That manager also doesn’t give his full name to random customers & especially if he’s not interacting with them.This is a recently disgruntled, former employee. ‘Tray’ was given an opportunity by this manager that he sabotaged, was reprimanded for & is now posting a negative review in retaliation.

I returned a shirt in tact with the tag never touched and the weird manager here said I should have known they sold me a washed shirt. She said clearly the shirt has been washed. (Which the tag is completely brand new so how was it washed) and she had nothing to say. So customers she basically is saying CLUB MONACO gets clothes returned to them DIRTY washes them and sells them back to other customers.

I bought a pant online and they had a fake review. The review said she was 120lbs and the size 0 fits her perfectly. I am 108lbs and so I think size 2 should be fine. But it was too small for me. I went to the store to return it and I was not told there was restocking fee till I received my receipt. I almost walked out of the store and then went back to ask why. I was told there was $5.00 restocking fee, but it was more than that plus $0.34 (not sure what it was) till last night when I checked my credit card record. I felt like I was a beggar asking for the money back and the online and the store kicked me back and forth. I was really a bad experience. I contacted the online and store again today and there was no resolution.

Terrible service. I bought a jacket online and tried to return in in store only to be told I had to bring the original packaging with it - this is ridiculous and was a waste of my time. Please be more transparent with your customers and inform them of their expectations in advance. The inflexibility of the store manager/employee was also quite disappointing. Will not be buying from here again.

Besides loving their clothes, I think their staff are always friendly and helpful. Tony, the store manager, recently assisted me with completing a rather confusing exchange I needed to make with an upcoming trip approaching and helped me get everything settled!

Very unfriendly customer policies obviously set by corporate without the customer in mind. There’s a $5 restocking fee to return an item, the store will not take your return box as it’s a “liability” and all of this comes with an attitude of customer last from the staff.I want to like this place, I do. But its an unpleasant shopping experience.

The Galleria Store Manager (Anthony) is one of the worst managers out there. He has a big attitude, argues and on top of that didn’t help or even offer to check other places for the item I was returning. He made a loyal customer walk out of the store unhappy. He is not a leading example of a store manager that Club Monaco should hire. Thanks to him you now lost a customer. I will never shop from Club Monaco again.

The store is very nice, has a very trendy, posh look all around. The clothes are high-end high street wear, look fantastic, and feel even better.The service was great, a representative was periodically helping me as I delved into the store for the first time, he was rather professional both in presentation and mannerisms and made the shopping experience a dream.Will definitely be coming back!

Some feedback for the manager of this location: all guests should receive a welcome into your store. Treat all guests with respect and demonstrate solid customer service. I have seen people come in and get all sorts of welcomes and greetings while others are not acknowledged. Some people get their clothing wrapped with tissue while others do not. Strange behavior to observe from what should otherwise be a consistent experience for each customer.
