The one lady working the desk (I didn't catch her name) was AMAZING. First off, I wanted to go through CPL through my insurance because for some reason, the test I needed was a quarter the cost of what it was at other labs, but my provider didn't have a contract with CPL. I had my PCP write me a general lab requisition form (shoutout to Dr. Patel from onemedical), and she was pretty responsive over phone/email to figure out whether I would able to come in. We chatted and she got me settled in and got my blood with the FIRST time she pricked me, which is really rare for me - they usually have to prick me 5 or 6 times before they find my vein. Got all my tests pretty quickly and I was out of there!

The easiest experience I’ve had getting blood drawn. The technician was very kind and personable. I was in and out in a matter of minutes.

This has been the absolute worse lab experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been 3 different times to try to get these labs drawn. This time, I arrived and the woman working at the desk said that I didn’t have the test codes on my lab order so I needed to get them from the doctor’s office. Come to find out, the lab codes are completely accessible from their website, and she was just too lazy to do her job. I arrived an hour early and was not able to get my labs drawn by the time cutoff. She sat there talking to her coworker while I did the work to find my lab codes. I hope they send me her paycheck in the mail.

The time is incorrect. They close way earlier than 5 pm. I could not find the place and arrived BEFORE 5PM. The young lady ignored my knocks and gave a really nasty we are closed. I said its not 5 pm and this was impossible to find. The lady said i dont know what to tell you come before 4:30 ? So does it close at 5 or 4:30 ???

My physician sent me to CPL because no one in his office could draw my blood. My veins are super thin and I am afraid of needles because of bad experiences with blood draws. I was so happy and pleasantly surprised when Stephanie of CPL was able to draw my blood quickly and easily on her 1st try. Thank God for her. I was on the verge of breaking down when I arrived at CPL. However, Stephanie’s professionalism and kindness really helped me. I had to share this because I celebrate the people who really care and take pride in their work. Good for you CPL.
