I have visited this store more than a handful of times. And each one I always provide my name and company's info but they cannot every seem to save my info into their system. This last visit was so unpleasant. The guy behind the counter was so rude about the whole ordeal. As if it was my fault they don't do their jobs correctly. The whole time he was so rude to me, and I am sure he isn't aware but I heard him saying very ugly and crude thing under his breath as I walked out. Note that I work for a very large company who's employees order alot of painting equipment. And after being treated like that I will definitely be taking our business elsewhere.
