My latest visit to the Clearlake Infiniti Service Department once again represented the very highest standard of dedicated service, courtesy and professionalism. For many years Shawn Lowrey set an outstanding and peerless example of his own commitment, capability and delivery, and by the leadership of his team. It's wonderful that this was recognized, and he is now the Manager of the Service Department.
Alejandro Montalvo has inherited Shawn's mantle- and he is the pinnacle of dedicated professionalism, courtesy and service. Alejandro has an exceptional combination of effectiveness and thoughtfulness- and he represents a special resource within the Clearlake Infiniti Service Department. Among others that are noteworthy and commendable are Karena, Gloria and Marcelle.
There are many outstanding cars- and the Infiniti is certainly in the top tier-But what makes our family loyal to the Clearlake Infiniti dealership (for the past 25 years)- is the Clearlake Infiniti Service Department- as the location of headache free courteous service, high competence and delivery.

Had nothing but positive experiences with Infiniti of Clear Lake. Karena is a fabulous advocate and service advisor. All personnel are very pleasant and professional. Communication is superb about costs, time to complete work and updated daily.

The customer service rep, Nicole Hernandez went over and beyond. She stepped right in without hesitation arranging a loaner, walking me through every line item of my estimate, and spent countless hours on the phone with my warranty company. Nicole was poised, responsive via text and email, and solution based. Visits to a car dealership due to mechanical issues heightens stress, and she rose to the occasion making me feel at ease. Lastly, she arranged for a valet service to meet me in town to do a car swap. I was unable to make the drive back to the dealership ahead of my travel schedule.
Thank you Nicole Hernandez for your exemplary service, time, and efforts. You’re the Real MVP!!

Marcelle displayed exemplary customer service from start to finish!!!
He took the time to review my warranty papers in addition to verifying with the company.
He clearly outlined each line item/part that needed to be serviced. Based on my needs he revised my services to drive down the cost.
Additionally, he periodically contacted me with updates based on when parts arrived leading up to the day-time my car would be ready for pick up.
Marcelle embodies the traits and skill sets of a team member that puts the customer first!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE HERE!
We have purchased three vehicles from this dealership and it has always been great but with this current vehicle we’ve had such a hard time with the service center.
Unless you’re OK with dealing with rude service representatives stay away. It seems like now they’re only nice when you’re purchasing a vehicle and not when you’re there to service it.
I have called twice already and happen to get the same person (Karina) who is extremely rude and tries to talk to you as if she’s being nice but making you feel you’re asking dumb questions.
I scheduled an appointment for Service three weeks out to make sure they had a loaner vehicle because it was going to take a minimum of half a day to fix a screen problem that my vehicle was having and she first gave me a super hard time not wanting to give me a loaner then assured me that she would have one available
The day of the appointment my husband dropped off the truck and was told that she was going to call for a LIFT instead of the loaner vehicle that we were told we would have.

We visited this car lot this past Saturday and received great service but after we purchased our vehicle on Monday customer service went down big time our service man amen lied to us with a straight face and told us the car had two sets of keys then after the sale he claims he didn't say it then asking for a maintance report on the car which he said he would provide he lied about that as well , all of a sudden the computers are down ' we had to ask for the fill up he promised us upon buying the car the sales man Jeremy was all smiles before the purchase and after the sale he acted like he didn't know us the next day we have called several times and left messages and no one will return our call they asked me to do a review well here it is the truth on how yall handle us as customers who gave yall business
