I always find what I am looking for at Clarke Sports. Prices are great & they usually ship same day. I am not a wholesale customer & find their retail prices to be lower than the competition. When I have dealt with customer service, they have been all about making me happy.

from a retail/wholesale pov - this is truly one of the worst companies to deal with . . . if you do not believe me - look at their on-line catalog (which, by the way took almost three years to get up and running). "Image Coming Soon' permeates all the gift section. I hated buying from them before as all they had were photographs of their catalog pages (and three or four catalogs to 'choose' from) with tiny print and photos; then I had to call in or email my order from a spread sheet that I created - never having any idea of what was available or what the current cost was. And believe me . . . almost nothing I ordered was ever available - not because stock was down but because they no longer offered the items. Now this! I just called to ask when the images might be available - as it is nearing holiday season and I need products. Called me back to say he had no good answer - no idea when the web site would be filled. By the way - I opened an old email from them to view the catalog and the link now sends me to the current website. If any one knows of another place to buy tennis products PLEASE let me know - they have a monopoly on tennis gifts and it kills me to order from them.
