Absolutely Horrible Service,Circle Saw has had my chainsaw since Jan 9 2023…You would think they would call with an update…I’ve called them several timeswith them giving me the runaround… With someone named (randy)would be calling me back… BecauseHe’s just left / out to lunch…Just to get an updates on my equipment. I just call them againtoday May 19 and againI still didn’t get any information on my repaired…. And Again… I’m toldRandy handles this…he will call me?Very disappointing….I give them zero stars at this point…… Still waiting… and no chainsaw…Zero explanation on what’s going on…

Worst experience ever, I recommend you stay away. They’ll have your equipment and will not give any status updates. They’ll tell you one thing and lie and say they don’t remember anything because they don’t have a system to add notes and information to your account. STAY AWAY!!!

Horrible service, they don’t give updates on your equipment. They literally had our equipment for four months and still didn’t have any information on it being repaired. They will tell you Randy handles this or that but nobody name Randy is there. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! Total lack of customer service and they’ll give you the run around. If I could give them zero stars I would, one is the minimum.

I called to see if they repair rigid tools but they didn't put the representative Bertha We took the time and patience to find out and recommend me another place where they did and that was so sweet and I saw her. We need more people like that in this world. GOD BLESS

What amazing customer service! I stopped in to see if they could possibly cut some metal tool rails that were slightly too long...or recommend someone who could. The hacksaw I had at home was not working out. I don't believe this is a service they normally do, but the staff were quick to help me and cut the rails a couple of inches shorter for me. If/when we have any power tool issues or future purchase needs, this is where we will come! Seanette Meseroke
