I writing this in response to my previous review (which has since been removed) about my experience with Christina Green LLC. I was a giveaway winner through one of their giveaways ran through Instagram and was initially disappointed from not receiving the prize after winners were announced almost 2 months ago. It turned out that there was a delivery discrepancy where the mailman delivered the item not in my mailbox but outside my home where I couldn't find it.After my first review Christine herself reached out to me with instagram really quickly to resolve the issue and went above and beyond even offering to replace the ring if the package was really stolen. Luckily it wasn't and the issue was resolved. I appreciated her prompt response and how she was super apologetic in the matter. Thank you Christine for your professionalism and willingness to help. I know I am technically not a customer but I really do appreciate that you treated me kindly and did everything you could to help solve the matter. I will be looking forward to buying your pieces at Nordstrom soon! :-)
