This was my first time trying Christian Brothers. I received very good service and was pleased with the repair. Very friendly and professional team. I loved the shuttle service to and from my home!

I've come here for oil changes and other repairs. They are very accommodating and do everything they can to get your car turned around and ready on the same day.

We had an appointment and they rescheduled. Then they said they didn't have the oil in a semi blend so they tried to upsell and charge us double for the oil change. On top of that they said our car which is a 4 cylinder needed more than 5 qts so it would be an extra fee. Lastly they said I sounded cheap bc it seemed I was shopping around when they sent me the coupon and deal for a loss leader oil change. We won't be going back to this location. The location in the energy corridor may be a bit further but they don't belittle you or talk down. If you don't want to honor what's posted then don't run specials. Simple as that.

Always a pleasure to walk into this place of business that demonstrate Christianity and provide exceptional customer.
The front desk are always professional and honest. They know you by your name. They explain things thoroughly and do not pressure you with the recommendations needed for your vehicle. Great atmosphere and business ethics. They guarantee their work which definitely makes their service trustworthy.

Where can I honestly start. Went in for their promo oil change and it's like they didn't want to do a simple oil change. Had an appointment two cars in the bay but youre booked bc I was some minutes late. The vibe as well as the professionalism was way off. I'm glad I decided to just go with taking my vehicle to the dealership and paying more to get quality service. I will not be back and if you want quality customer service I suggest trying another CB or your dealership.

This place is a gateway to more problems! I went here for the cheap oil change. I left thinking that everything was good to go. Turns out my splash guard fell off after they put it back on (not super convenient while you’re going down the road). So that needed replaced, you know, because the road ate it. I replaced that a lot better than they could have. And come time for the next oil change, I couldn’t get the bolt off. So they (the people that over torqued the drain plug) want to charge me over EIGHT HUNDRED DOLLARS to replace the oil pan. When people say they only do cheap oil changes to up charge you for other things, you better believe it. I can’t wait to get the “we’re so saddened blah blah blah” message and never actually get any real help. If you don’t know how to fix things yourself, get your wallet ready.
