terrible place the schertz 3009 location sucks, the moto of being “nice” is fake. Jeff is beyond rude and unprofessional. i was charged $800 for an engine diagnosis, my car was returned to me in terrible condition. DO NOT GO these pictures are how i got my car back

I feel like I got rip off really bad because my car is still leaking oil and I don't want to take it back because they going to find other stuff instead of fixing the real problem. Every one is telling me that I got rip off so bad. Never again going back to that place.

The owners of the shops are trash. They would rather fire someone for no reason at all without warning and replace them with people they think will be better and continue to do so over and over causing high turn over rates. Terrible company. Train your owners. Shame on the owners! That is people's lives you are messing... read full comment
