If I could give this so called Christian Auto less than a 0 zero I would. Worst experience of my life. They supposedly changed my water pump and overcharged me $2,500. 2 and 1/2 weeks later my car started making the same noise it was making when I first brought it in. The next few days it ran hot. I had to pay for another tow to get it back to these crooks and of course they said it was a different problem. Head gasket crack is what Richard said. I said that was the problem when I first brought it in but you all chose to do say it was something else to make money. I took it somewhere else and it was confirmed. You all are crooks not Christians. I was told by Richard that "You're out of $2,500" . A customer that was waiting gasped. I said don't ever come here. I'm reporting this and will take it further. Never bring your car to this place. I should have listened when I was told and read the negative reports. I could have used that money towards another car. Now I'm out of money and a car

This is the most welcoming environment for car repairs. Everyone is so calm and polite and pays great attention to providing relevant details of the job at hand. I felt I was enjoying special treatment only to learn that this is their normal level of service.

I dropped my car off Saturday the 11th, when they opened on Monday the 13th I received a text message as well as emails every step of the process!!! I see why this location stays busy!!!! They didn’t assume that I wanted work to be done they gave me the option of repairs and told me what I would need next as far as emergency wise.... THE NAME SAYS IT ALL!!!!! CHRISTIAN BROTHERS!!!!
9/07/2023 I JUST HAD TO COME BACK AND UPDATE MY REVIEW!!! I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! OMG CODY IS THE BEST! MR. PAUL IS NICE TOO!!! I was told Christian Brothers is too expensive my reply…YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!! I tried to do the CHEAP route and had to bring it to the BEST!!! So I say make a good investment in your car!!!!! At least there are some forms of warranty!!! They can get all my money!! And they will today!!! LOL!

The Christian Brothers Team, headed up by Cliff is the best team in the Houston Area!
They are polite, courteous & always knowledgeable! They explain in a way that you understand!
I don’t even have to ask for discounts, they volunteer all applicable discounts!
The price is not always the cheapest, but you can’t beat their warranty!
I will always return to Christian Brothers!

Christian Bros came through for me again!
They inspected the brakes on my daughter's car and pointed out some misaligned parts. They thoroughly re assembled the brakes and did a safety check. Now, I'm confident that she'll be safe on the road. Thanks Christian Brothers.

I took my Mercedes Benz for a tune up service, I was very satisfied with their service, I did feel like I was over charged, l didn't feel like that changed unnecessary parts just to jack up the price, like when I go to the dealership. I felt like I saved money making the choice to go the Christian Brothers the one on 1060 closest to kuykhendhal Houston. The staff are all respectful and professional, with a comfortable waiting lobby. Thank you guys
