RESPONSE FROM OWNER IS A LIE. I WAS NEVER REFUNDED AND THEY NEVER ACKNOWLEDGED MY COMPLAINT. This energy corridor Eldridge location lost their BBB accreditation for not responding to customer complaint(s). This tells you a lot about how they do business and how they treat their customers. This location has worked on several of my cars. Each time I have received an estimate for the work in which I brought the car(s) in as well as a long list of other items they believe need to be addressed. In most cases, I agreed to the work they recommended for the primary issue as well as additional items. Unfortunately, they were never able to fix the primary issues on two of my cars, and bringing back for warranty work just increased additional issues they seemed to find that weren't identified before. In addition, David, manager, verbally assured me that he would pass on a preferred rate by a transmission company they contract to do work on their behalf, and he did not stand by what he said. He was a master at delaying responses and ultimately chose to not respond at all when I complained to the BBB. Beware of this location and their tactics.
UPDATE: The business replied to my review with a completely false statement. They said they refunded me but this is absolutely not true as the time of their reply and they definitely have not shown me digital documentation of this.

It's always stressful getting car repairs. But, these guys were a blessing to me. They completed my request, gave me piece of mind, and PRIORITIZED my repairs so that it's affordable. The inspection was thorough and included pictures of the components needing repair, with honest transparency. Thanks a bunch. And the cinnamon coffee was an added benefit!

In Houston from Oklahoma and the A/C gave out. Not good in June heat. Took the car to Christian Brothers. The staff was awesome, extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They took me right in and got me fixed up same day along with completing some other things that needed attention. A complete review was done on the car and the results were sent to me online with pictures and price quotes. I was able to choose what got fixed and what I felt could wait until later. The whole process was stress free and very efficient.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs car work done!

In town on business from Louisiana and my thermostat went out. Stopped in at 4:30 pm and they had me on the road home by noon the next day. Great response and help, definitely recommend them.

Very courteous and friendly staff. The technician are experienced. I have been here for small and big fixes to my car. Sometimes just for evaluations. Always received great service. Highly recommended.

Car was slowly losing power, luckily this shop was nearby and I went here instead of my main mechanic as it was far away. I have used them before for my sister car and I commend them for their speediness on repairs and quality. Sure I can use my main mechanic but there quality and speed is something to not forget. Would recommend them again!

I have a 2021 Audi Q7 which I refused to take it to Audi for oil change and be charged for $500. So I have been coming here since I bought my car 4 years ago. Quick services. Easy scheduling. Upfront estimate. Don’t force more service down your throat. Friendly staff. The lobby is nice for waiting in. I wish there is more table and plug for me to work while waiting for my car but it’s not necessary because they are so fast.

I have been here twice — once for an oil change and recently for expensive repairs. Front office staff was very nice and professional. I received a detailed in-person explanation of the work that needed to be done with a follow-up email with photos and a quote, a call to discuss the repair quote, and texts regarding the status of ordered and received parts and the status of the repairs. I felt the repairs were performed efficiently and I didn’t have to wait very long to get my car back. Overall good experience!
