Not good people at all! I’m very disappointed in the way things are handled at CHOICE PHARMACY @ 9935 Bissonnet St. First I called multiple times to be sure they could fill my prescription and was reassured they would. Upon arrival I see an older guy in plain clothes picking up several bags of medication(none of which are in his name). When I finally got to the window I was happy that my medication was ready. That soon changed. She rung up my medication individually. The total of everything read 281$. She then proceeds to tell me it’s 520$ instead. I kindly asked why the computer says one price and she says another and also asked for an itemized price list that showed the 520$ the same way the computer in their establishment said 281$(117$, 74$, 50$, 30$, 10$) were the exact itemizations I saw. They made me wait hours claiming they were coming up with the itemizations and never did. When I finally decided to go ahead and pay the 520$ they denied me just because I wanted to see the prices of what I was paying for on my receipt. I was extremely polite the whole time and all of this is on camera. My wife and adopted mother stepped to the window just to see what was taking me so long and were kicked out rudely by Ms. Glory herself. I informed her that we drove quite a way to get there. I never did anything out of compliance. I only asked for an itemized list of what I was paying for and her and another employee only giggled to each other in the back. WORST PHARMACY EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I recently had a very serious accident and have all my medical records to prove my pain is extensive. Oh yeah we all saw the original computer itemizations and took pictures(myself, my wife and adopted mother). Thanks for nothing!! No corporate number? Wow! Do I have to call the Secretary of State for this?

This pharmacy send me medicine every month and I don't call in refills but this pharmacy refill them and have them delivered anyway. I called and told her don't fill anymore medication. The doctor that's prescribing it(Dr. Michelle Sablatura) is someone my doctor doesn't know. I'm thinking one of my 3 doctors referred her but they don't know her. The pharmacist told me she was going to have the doctor to get in touch with me but I haven't heard from her. I'm calling my insurance Monday and letting them know that they are charging my insurance fraudulently.

Your pharmacy knows I need my refill every month and call and say it’s in and they never get me my medication on time. What’s going on over there? If you know people need medication order it on time? If I don’t take my medication on the day it’s due it does not work effectively. Someone needs to take charge over there. If something doesn’t change I’m going over the managers head at this point! I’ve been on hold now over 45 minutes and 6 different people picked up the phone. I’m a transplant patient and have 15 medication’s and four or five different pharmacies to deal with and I don’t have time to follow up with your Company. If you were doing your job right I wouldn’t have to follow up.
