every single time i order from here, there is always a problem with my order, i dont like to complain and i dont say anything but this is a constant problem and every aingle order i place with them, there is always something missing, but today i wasnt just disappointed but completely devastated, and this problem mostly occurs when i get my orders delivered to me. At the moment my cravings are through the roof and i really wanted 2 cookies and i placed an order for me and my coworkers and the only thing that was missing was my 2 cookies. Im really disappointed with this location. But unfortunately its the closes to delivery for me. If you can i would recommend to go somewhere else.

horrible customer service. asked for a parfait with just strawberries (i’m allergic to blueberries). They said they couldn’t do anything for me , yet every location i go to accommodates me very well. Won’t be going back here ever.

Parking: You can park all around the restaurant. During breakfast and lunch park on the sides away from the lines, you can get blocked in if you park by the freeway.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the recent service I received at your Hollister restaurant. Over the past few visits, I have encountered repeated errors with my orders, which have caused significant inconvenience and frustration. Additionally, I believe I was subjected to racial profiling during one of my visits. Not only from the manager meheret but the entire staff.my orders were either incomplete or incorrect. It started in the drive through. A young man with blonde hair, forgot my French fries and gave me Mac and cheese. I understand mishaps happen so i didn’t fault him ! It seemed like there wasn’t an issue until we drove off. For one the boy accidentally switched the receipts on our bags when he brought the fries out. So when i went inside after realizing they gave us chicken tenders instead of nuggets. I went inside and unbeknownst to me the receipt was switched. But i paid via the app so i had a copy of the receipt. The manager meheret was completely unprofessional and ill suiting for the job. He was confused, trust me i understand his confusion but after explaining to him almost 5 times what was going on, he still didn’t get it. So he asks me why the receipt has a different order and i told him to ask the young man because i have no knowledge of that because i don’t work there! I have no access to recipes they tape on the bag. He then gave me a 8 count and didn’t give me the fries claiming we ate all of them, but the bag was literally filled with fries and two tenders. Then he started to talk about me with the younger workers and they began laughing at me. Then after all of that i asked for a refund and he picked the food up out of the trash asking me if i wanted that food. That was completely insane to me and i will not be returning, it seems like he doesn’t care though.Despite clearly stating my preferences and checking my order before leaving the restaurant, I consistently received the wrong items. This not only wasted my time but also left me dissatisfied with the quality of service at Chick-fil-A.Furthermore, during this same visit, I felt targeted and discriminated against based on my race. I was treated differently from other customers, receiving slower service and suspicious glances from staff members. This experience was deeply upsetting and made me question the inclusivity and respectfulness of your establishment.As a loyal customer, I expect better from Chick-fil-A. I hope that you will take immediate action to address these issues and prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. I urge you to train your staff to provide accurate and respectful service to all customers, regardless of their race or background.I would appreciate a prompt response to this complaint and assurances that steps will be taken to improve the service at your hollister restaurant.And i will be reaching out to corporate in the morning

Had to drive to the next Chick-fil-A because you guys could not make a muffin with spicy chicken ...employee who took my order said that you guys could not make ...if it's franchise all units should deliver same product

15 min and counting. 5 chicken biscuits and 5 egg white grills 10 hashbrowns Sitting in the waiting spot watching a dozen cars get served, 2 other cars pull up beside me and get served, while I wait patiently. Just went inside "we're waiting on hashbrowns". Finally. 18 min later.
