The African American guy working on the register when I went on Jan. 5 around 4:30pm has an attitude problem. I was going to pay with EBT and he said "hold on don't do nothing" with an attitude so after a while I was like so now and he then said "hold on man don't do it yet" as he raised his voice with attitude. He has the worst customer service I have experienced and won't be returning.

I always fill my vehicle with $80 at this location but NO MORE!! The lazy guy working this morning on 3/28/21 @4:00 am wouldn’t even let me in to buy my gym water!! This place is supposed to be open 24 hours!!I will be tracking down the general manager to this location and reporting this employee, this isn’t the first time I’ve had problems with him!

I forgot my mask at home and needed to stop and get a case of water for my special needs cousin. figured I’d be all right. I told him just sell me the water like I need it and I’ll go. But this mfer took it to a whole new level left his counter and brandished a knife and started walking towards me threatening me over a mask. Who is the real threat here? A man not wearing a mask or a man waving a knife at someone. Oh btw I have a crystal clear picture and video of him holding the knife so start sending out new applications. Really aggressive behavior coming from this thug of an employee who should be punished but probably won’t and he’ll continue going around threatening other people too. Exxon just sounded better then ever

When I was stranded at the air station with my two little ones with a flat tire, the guy yelled at me to move my car. I had been trying to fill up the tire, but the stem broke and I needed tape. He wouldn't give me any, and told me if I left my car would get towed. We raced to Target and back but wow! He was awful!

This didn't sound right at all but the clerk told me they don't sell lottery tickets on Christmas. I hope he didn't think I did the most by dressing up like an officer with a gun around my waist to throw him off and rob him..... I would never impersonate an officer! That's a serious crime.

I payed for gas on pump 7 the lady put it for pump 6 never apologize...told me my money went back to my card....then I had to pay again and then again she messed up and put way more money for gas then I asked for ...and once again DID NOT APOLOGIZE....I WOULD NEVER COME HERE AGAIN ...why work at a gas station with NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
