I am frequently in the general vicinity of this as station and on several occasions have been refused access to the bathroom, which is against State Law in Texas. Each time this has happened, I was told by the attendant that both bathrooms were “out of order.” It’s a shame because other than the bathroom situation, it’s a nice store and generally has great prices for gas, which is why I frequent this place. But the bathroom situation is unacceptable, and I will be filing a complaint with the Houston Health Department. If they refuse you access to the bathrooms, buy your gas somewhere else, and make a complaint to the Health Department.
