We went to this Chevron/ Star Sign location and this is, by far, the WORST location that we have ever been to. To start off, we paid for $43.17 worth of gas. When the pump reached over $1.00, the pump jumped to $43.17. When we went back inside to tell the clerks what happened, they were very rude. They told us that we were liars and that we got what we paid for. We tried reasoning with them and asking if they could check the pump, come out and look, or even look at the camera and they refused to budge. We have better things to do than to cheat a gas station out of $43.17. They said that nothing was wrong with their pump and their pumps never break or need service. Ultimately the police were called. They also tried to reason with them but we're unsuccessful. We were told that their hands were tied because it's a civil matter. It cost $129.00 to file a small claims case which means that they will probably get away with this. I wonder how many people this has happened to and they have no recourse because they don't want to roll back the cameras. My opinion is that if you need gas or anything else to keep driving past this location because they won't blink twice if this happens to you. This location needs an overhaul immediately.

Says 24 hrs bout it’s a lie went here at 12:08 am after getting off of work it was locked while the guy sat there behind the register. His co worker came to relieve him and they locked the doors back and still denied service to people. This place is just stealing money from the government clearly.

Spent 10 dollars for gas check my card they charged me 57.90 and pump would not print me a receipt please do not ever go to this gas station. This was the money I had for groceries now me and my daughter have to go without until my money gets put back on my card if it get put back at all.

Got $39.30 in gas and checked my bank account was charged $46.30 plus a $1.00 so $8 extra that is illegal.

Bought 3 vape pens from them one didn't work the other taste burnt out of the 3 only one worked correct don't come here. I'ma try and get my money back which I doubt I'll get back if I don't it's fine ill take that loss but don't buy no vapes from this place. If he can return my money I'll delete this if not don't come here

When you pay in cash for example 10$,the pump stops after 9.96$ and it won’t continue going. they are stealing your money!!!Second time I’ve come here and a pump wasn’t working.Plus this is the only gas station I know of where the premium gas button is on the left side and the regular gas button is on the right which makes things very easy for some people to mistakingly select the premium gas which of course is much more expensive.The pump never actually prints a receipt.

WORST GAS STATION EVER! I WENT TO THE CARWASH MACHINE & IT DIDN'T START, THE GUY INSIDE THE GAS STATION HIS NAMES SADU I BELIEVE & HE WAS RUDE, I TOLD HIM THE MACHINE DIDN'T START THEN HE GAVE ME A CODE WHEN I WENT BACK TO THE MACHINE THE SCREEN WAS STUCK, I WENT BACK INSIDE & TOLD HIM THE PROBLEM HE THREW ME THE MONEY I PAID BACK & SAID THE MACHINE WORKS & IDK HOW TO USE IT! BUT YET HE LOCKED THE STORE UP & WENT TO FIX WHAT WAS APPARENTLY "WORKING" RUDE PEOPLE LIKE HIM NEED TO STAY HOME! WITH ALL THAT NEGATIVE ENERGY HE SHOULDN'T BE WORKING IN A PLACE WHERE YOU HAVE TO INTERACT WITH PEOPLE AT ALL!!!!!

I will never donate my hard earn dollars to this business again. I was at the pump paying for my gas with a debit card. Not sure how it prompted to car wash because I attempted to exit out however, the buttons would not allow me to cancel. I went into the store only to meet up with this idiot behind the counter talking to me like I owe him something or just plan ole stupid. This could very well be Sam but he tried by telling me I could do the car wash by a specific date. No, I want my 10.00 back. This stupid a** proceeded to laugh looking like a straight f****** idiot. You don't dictate my money. Take your a** outside to make sure those buttons are working properly on your damm machines. I'm far from stupid. I cussed his stupid a** out. I plan never to stop at your facility again. I am employed for years. I don't spend my money no where with poor customer a** service as I experienced. Good luck you keep a idiot like that operating your business is not good. I will continue to write bad reviews on this location. Poor service. They don't deserve 1 star. Laugh at that idiot.

Yesterday I came to get a carwash and I paid the machine and it told me to go forward, than started to beep and told me to backup. So I did all the way back to the entrance, I decided to go ask the clerk for help, and SAM that's his name yell at me, saying that I didn't know what I was doing and that I didn't have common sense!! He was so loud everyone was looking at us. I'd never been so insulated and treated so poorly in my life! He acted like he didn't care and didn't refund me the money.
