The location is great for me as it's close to work. It's easy to get in and out of even with it being in Westheimer. I keep meaning to get a Chevron card to access the lower price for fuel.

A convenient gas stop with a nice selection of groceries, drinks, small auto necessities, and snacks. Checkout is fast and the service is polite and efficient.

Extremely Unpleasant Experience :I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration with the abysmal customer service I recently encountered at your gas station. I believe that customers deserve respect and fair treatment, qualities that were sorely lacking during my recent visit.Upon attempting to make a purchase using three one-dollar bills and seven quarters, I was met with an unprecedented level of rudeness from one of your employees. The employee first took the seven quarters and then proceeded to tell me "You wrap this" Despite explaining that I was unable to wrap the quarters due to restrictions at my bank, the employee insisted on this impractical solution. I inquired about the Policy which says I have to wrap these quarters, no policy was shown. What could have been a quick, smooth, transaction to get gas turned into this review.It is disheartening to see that your staff lacks the basic understanding and flexibility required to handle simple and common payment methods. I understand the importance of efficiency in a business transaction but the insistence on an impractical solution were beyond the pale.When I voiced my concerns about the employee's behavior, I was met with further hostility. The employee not only gave me the coins back in a disrespectful manner but also went so far as to make an obscene gesture by sticking his middle finger up to me. I informed the employee that he was in fact on camera. This level of unprofessionalism is entirely unacceptable and tarnishes the reputation of your establishment.In an attempt to resolve the situation, I returned to the gas station with my phone to document the incident by taking a picture of the employee in question. However, the behavior did not improve, and our exchange remained heated.I believe it is crucial for your management to address this matter promptly and take corrective action to ensure that other customers do not have to endure such a demeaning experience. Customer service is a cornerstone of any successful business, and it is regrettable that your establishment falls short in this regard.I sincerely hope that you will investigate this incident thoroughly and take the necessary steps to prevent such incidents from recurring. As a consumer, I believe in fair treatment and respectful interactions, and I trust that your gas station can uphold these standards moving forward.Sincerely,Concerned American.

I went into buy two bags of ice and I put them on the counter and he asked me how many bags I had and he looked at me and said I don’t like you lady I don’t like people like you that was too loud. Really don’t know what the guy was talking about. I guess he didn’t like that I went on the counter, but he asked me how many I asked seemed a little ridiculous to me, and then he said he didn’t like me. He doesn’t know me I have no idea he’s obviously got some kind of chip on her shoulder.

They offer a cash discount on gas but DO NOT accept change? Other places accept change as payment.

Usually stop here to pump gas. Usually pay with debit card but used apple pay this time. THEY CHARGED ME $175 WHEN I ONLY PUMPED $10.
