I often shop at Motu, and have always had a pleasant experience. Today, the cashier fat shamed my son and asked if he had a medical condition. My son was embarrassed and humiliated for no reason. I was so shocked that we just walked away before creating an unnecessary situation. Needless to say, I’ll no longer shop at any Motu. Maybe others will, but hopefully they’ll reconsider when they see this post. Completely disappointed that this type of behavior still happens in our society. Next time you’re in a Motu and see the cashier looking and laughing, be careful, you might get made fun of and humiliated by the cashier. Just a reminder, the customers are paying and supporting the operations of the Motu facility. Don’t bite the hand that feeds you.

They don't update there offers and try to charge you way more then what they have posted at there drinks doors, chiefs and scammers.

These folks are the MVPs on the power outage. They had gas and ice. And when they ran out of ice, they used their ice machine to make and bag more. And were really great about letting us wait in the AC while waiting for the ice. And the gave more accurate wait times for ice than Centerpoint did for power. The staff were super patient with us heat-frazzled people.
