So called manager kicked me out without a reason. She said she knew me yet I have been in this location like 3 times and have never seen her. So this is for the older Hispanic woman who had an issue with the short guy on j7ne 13th. I have reported you to your district manager and I will be pushing to have you fired! Anything less than this means I will press charges against the company.

BEWARE!!! A few days after purchasing regular gasoline from here, my car started acting funny (stalled once on me, rough idling). And it's a two-year old car. Will never purchase gas from here again

Pull up to get gas and the pump card reader not working. Fine, go inside wait for 5 minutes because the clerk is having a conversation. No rush to finish it. Has an attitude. Not friendly whatsoever. There's plenty of gas stations. I'd avoid this one if you can! Go to the shell up the road.

I’m quite disappointed that after my email to the manager relating to discrimination against black men. I’m shocked that the employee is still allowed to walk away and refuse service from myself and other minorités having her co workers step in. I believe in 2022 that racism and discrimination should be handled professionally by all establishments.

No changing station in the his/hers/family restroom. Also the power kept going out, so we weren't able to purchase anything :/

I live at one of the high rises right next to this gas station. The employees are some of the rudest people I've encountered working in a business setting. Victoria in particular has uttered several extremely offensive remarks towards me for absolutely no reason upon checking out or leaving the store. I assumed the first time she was just having a bad day. Turns out the owners for both gas stations at the end of the street are the same, and Victoria works at both locations, the Shell and Chevron. After around the fourth time, growing angry I threatening to complain on her, and now I've intentionally gone out of my way to avoid the location and warn all my friends from attending such a horrible business. This is ridiculous and truly sad because the convenient distant alone could have held me as a loyal customer. Fear of verbal abuse for frequenting your local gas station should never have been an issue. The first mutters were just catty, bizarre things, but by the last time I went it was just inexcusably offensive. I will not repeat the slur she spat at me due to my prominence in the yelping community and the desire to remain unaffiliated with the offensive slur. Victoria needs to be let go because the baselessness of attacking me certainly infers I'm not the only one suffering this abuse. It's obvious after witnessing Victoria's physique that she not only lacks respect for customers, but also herself. Chevron you better learn to treat your customers with respect and decency otherwise offended customers such as myself are surely not returning!!

My favorite gas station so far. Plenty of snack and drink options. Great customer service, they are always super friendly. Very clean.

Stay away! Keep driving!!So not safe here. Very aggressive and militant Homeless are here, store doesn’t do anything about them. They are pretty much living there on the left side. I’m always accosted. One time I saw a woman get out of her car and go into the store and declined to give one homeless man money and he followed her all over cussing her out and the store employees didn’t do anything about it.
