I had 3 tickets to cash in and man refused to cash them until I pre-scanned them on broken ticket checking machine. He went on angry rant about machine and made a lady waiting behind me leave because he was yelling she said she would never come back. He was acting crazy opening and slamming plastic window. I cashed one ticket in and got gas and I will never come back!

Hello. I did a Door Dash order. I ordered the Big Buford Combo and a Strawberry Cheesecake Sundae. I did not receive the sundae. And when I tried to call the store --it went to a fax line. I did get an $8.00 credit from Door Dash!

I grew up with Checkers all my life.... that was disappointing. Paid for larges and got cheated. And it lol, i would just stick to the ones back home #NeverAgain.

The place was very nice and clean. The custodial worker was very polite. I went inside to buy a slushy but it was not good at all. The cashier made me feel uncomfortable with his playful behavior.

Decided to come here because I haven't had Checkers in about 4 years. I got the Cheeseburger, while my wife and daughters got their chicken bites. While my burger and fries were great, the fall short was the chicken bites. Those things tasted like they were cooked twice and hard as a rock. Unfortunately I wasn't able to go back and try to settle the situation, but next time skip the bites and get a burger

The employee ripped me off $0.20! I know this because I purchased two Lance peanuts and two Sathers! Subtotal is $2.50. Tax would be $2.70, but he charged me $2.90! I think he has been adding these miscellaneous chump change to give him a boost in his hourly wage! Always ask for your receipt. We are in a pandemic and this cashier has no morals!

Food is always excellent. Service could use some help in the late night. Guess they be tired and ready to go. But that’s not my fault. Good customer service is expected til doors and windows are closed for business. Let’s get it together night shift!
