This is our second visit to Chemmanur in less than a year. Our first experience was so good that we didn't think about any other jewelry showroom when we decided to buy something for Diwali. Although they have limited collection, but unique. Staff are as usual courteous and very knowledgeable. Especially we would like to appreciate Mr. shaji, Mr. Tomy, Mr. Sunny, Mrs. Rani.

Entire crew in this shop is awesome ?? Very friendly and patient to show the items and explain the details. They have great collections and priced appropriate. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase here.

I would like to say how impressed I am from the customer service side of this location. They put the human element into their business and it means a lot to me as a customer. Their selection of jewelleries exactly what I was looking for and more! I was delightfully surprised at the selection and quality of jewelleries they offer. The quality exceeded my expectations. Based on every aspect of my customer experience I am not sure there are enough words to express my satisfaction.

I bought most of my wedding jewelry in Chemmanur jewelers in Kerala 16 years back. Now I am in Houston, to my surprise I found a branch here too. So went there last week and had a pleasant experience. The staff over there ( Mr.Jose, Mr.Sunny andMs.Suja) were courteous, patient and very knowledgeable. I went there just to explore but ended up spending more money than what I planned.

The staff was very friendly and patient enough to show different patterns over video calls and pictures. Highly recommended if you can’t make it to the store physically.

We were amazed by the hospitality of Deepa and Jagdish... They treated us so well. Showed so much patience in showing the jewelry. They took extra care in each and everything and showed all possible options available in the store. I got a pendant, they volunteered themselves to clean the chain in which I am going to put that. They were so good with the kids too and helped them wear the ear rings we got there.

We were looking for a daily wear diamond white gold ring. Visited nearly every store in the area and either didn’t like the designs, the customer service or the prices. By the time we decided to walk in to Chemmanur, we were exhausted. (At first we didn’t even know it was a jewelry store!) we were blown away by the customer service and the beautiful collection. They had so many choices with our requirements. Needless to say, we walked away with not one but two purchases. A week later, I noticed one of the stones had popped off. Chemmanur replaced the stone and ensured the rest of the piece was secure. Top notch customer service. I’ll definitely return for my next jewelry needs.
