Avoid renting here at all costs. Nice apartments in a great location but far from “luxury” service. Hands down worst move in experience I’ve ever had with any apartment I’ve ever rented. Moving company showed up right on time on the scheduled move in day, however the key to the apartment wasn’t prepared yet by leasing. Movers sat and got paid for 2 hours while this was resolved.Finally come “home” for the first time from work at the end of this long move in nightmare already stressed about the day. I find that I’m moving into a dirty apartment with light bulbs out in most rooms. Wasn’t planning on spending my first night wiping things down. I just wanted a clean shower after a long day but had to clean it myself. Had a couple reserved spots in the garage here but there’s been a car parked in one since the day I got here. It’s even gone as far as me not being able to receive any packages at the property due to them not having that set up either. Chelsea Museum District has literally failed on every opportunity to do so.Weeks later, still unresolved issues with the place and zero help when calling in. In fact the girl who I signed my lease with doesn’t work here anymore.Not sure who’s in charge here if anyone. Don’t fall for the walk through.

I just moved in for two weeks. Great community and apartment, clean and quiet. Special thanks to Ms. Allie for her exceptional assistance during the application process. The office and concierge teams are welcoming, and the move-in was smooth. The maintenance team is responsive, often addressing work orders by the next morning. I'm excited for my time here and grateful for the warm welcome.

I moved in late December 2023. All of the staff are very friendly and kind, and Allie in particular has been a great help with everything, even after I have settled in. She helped me with the entire move-in process and was very fast to respond if I ever had any questions. The place is very well taken care of, the units are beautiful, and I have felt very welcomed here.

I provide services to residents in this building, and the staff there is absolutely outrageously horrible. I mean, they are the worst. They treat people who provide services like actual pieces of trash. I’ve never had anyone be so mean to me for no reason.

Be wary when touring and applying here. They get you to apply using specials deals as incentive but then change the price & unit number after you’ve applied and paid.

We moved in here a year ago with Allie giving us the apartment tour at the time of our first visit. It was a very pleasant visiting experience, and the subsequent application process went very smoothly.It has been such a great experience since we moved in! We feel very safe, great amenities around the complex (well-maintained and spacious gym!!) and good appliances in the unit. The building also have 24/7 concierge service, which is very helpful at times. We also love the view from our unit balcony!

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Miracle to finalize our leasing at Chelsea Museum District. Miracle was extremely friendly and welcoming, she was also really patient and showed us multiple apartment options (different floor plans & layouts, number of bedrooms, floors), since we both sometimes had different requirements and we were able to settle on one that we were both super happy with! She did this on multiple occasions (as we scheduled multiple viewings during our search). Miracle, also showed us the all available building amenities on multiple occasions and guided us in terms of what to do prior to moving in and shared what to expect in terms of bills. She also answered all our questions about living in the community/area (and we had plenty of questions since we had recently relocated from a different country). During the application process, Miracle was always super responsive and told us what to expect in terms of required documents and timelines. She answered all our questions via email very speedily(sometimes within minutes) and always accommodated any additional requests. Honestly, she made the process super easy and enjoyable for us!Beyond this, we were generally very impressed with the building itself. The cleanliness of the building, the variety of amenities and services on offer, and are looking forward to making Chelsea our home!

Miracle was instrumental in our selection of this location. Moving from a 4 bedroom home to a two-bedroom apartment is a challenge, so she knew just the apartment we would need and love! Our tour was top notch, as she was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions!The property is like living at a 5-Star Resort! The amenities are amazing and the service is phenomenal! So happy we selected the Chelsea as our new home away from home!

I'm thrilled to share the most incredible experience I had with Allie at Chelsea Museum District apartments! Initially, this was my second choice during my apartment search, and I faced rejection due to my credit situation, which left me feeling disheartened. I had a similar experience when I called Chelsea, and I had almost given up hope of finding a place near the medical center.Fortunately, destiny intervened when Allie reached out to schedule a tour. I explained my credit issues to her, as I had done with the previous agent, and I expected another dead-end conversation. However, Allie's response was a breath of fresh air. She encouraged me to come back, and during the tour, I instantly fell in love with the unit. Without hesitation, I applied right then and there.Allie went the extra mile by outlining a second option that would help secure the unit. Miraculously, I received approval! What sets Allie apart is her unwavering dedication. She stayed in constant contact, reaching out daily until the final approval was granted. It's no exaggeration to say that Allie is the sole reason I am elated to call Chelsea Museum District apartments my new home. I recently had the pleasure of moving into a new place, the Chelsea Museum District, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. One of the standout features was the incredibly friendly staff, which included the leasing agent, concierge(s), management team, and even the maintenance/support staff. When we found ourselves in a situation where we needed to move in quickly, they went above and beyond to accommodate our needs.The leasing agent, Allie N., in particular, was a true professional. She understood the urgency of our situation and swiftly expedited our approval process, ensuring that the entire procedure was streamlined and efficient. What impressed me the most was her consistent communication throughout. She kept us in the loop every step of the way, providing updates and ensuring that we were well-informed about the progress being made.Even after regular office hours, Allie and the leasing team were available to collect any necessary information, which was immensely helpful and demonstrated genuine dedication to their roles. This level of commitment and accessibility truly set the staff apart. We initiated the process on Wednesday and successfully moved in by Saturday.Not only were the staff friendly and responsive, but the building itself is also fantastic. I have been living in Chelsea Museum District for 9 months now and I love it!! Brianna is the bomb!! She helped me throughout my move - in process with good prompt communication. Chelsea Museum District is clean, quite and stylish!!! Concierge always greets me with a smile and they are very helpful. The only issue I had since I been living here is a dog jumped on me!

Breonna was a great leasing agent. Moving in was very seamless and communication was great. Concierge is always very friendly and super helpful. If I need anything fixed maintenance has been very prompt with getting it fixed. The amenities are great. State of the art gym which they provide towels, bottled water and ice for residents. There are many more amenities like the work from home lounge. pool , pool lounge area etc …They really cater to the residents here. I would definitely recommend Chelsea Museum District Apartments to anyone looking to lease an apt.
