Bought a Mustang Mach-E today. Very transparent about the offer - did not surprise me with a bunch of hidden fees. Salesman Jaleel was very responsive and GSM Tony also very helpful and transparent throughout the sales process. I reached out to 10 Ford dealers when looking for my new car and they by far were the easiest and most transparent to deal with. Would 100% recommend to a friend for a new Ford.

Maybe it's the mobile version, but the website sucks. I got several emails about a recall on my truck. When I go to the site, I couldn't move past selecting a timeframe. I called to schedule and was left on hold then hung up on. When someone finally calls me back after using the chat feature, I was able to schedule my appt. I was told there would be a mobile set up at the HEB in Katy and the address would be in the emailed appointment reminder. There was no address on the email. I took the morning off to get the recall dervice. 45 mins before my appointment, I called to verify the address. Almost 2 hours later, I had spoken to 5 reps and none of them had the address. The only info that could be given was it was on Elrod street. I had no idea where that was. By this time I was frustrated and stuck in traffic so I cancelled the appointment, cut my losses and rescheduled. I was finally able to get serviced by Brandon at my job. He was cool. I had communication issues buying my vehicle so I'm not all that surprised. I will say that my vehicle is excellent but I probably wouldn't shop here again. You should use this as a training or something and post this negative comment and not just the good ones. To date, I'm still getting emails about scheduling the update I already got.

Buying a vehicle is stressful. I made it to sign the paperwork after huge hassles at two other dealers. Figured I would try one more before giving up. I inquired about a truck Monday at 6:30. 6:40 Bre from Chastang called me and heard my story and assured me it wouldn’t be like that at Chastang and put me in contact with Brad. Brad, Bre, the used sales manager Chuck, and their team, literally had me driving away Tuesday at lunch. Signed everything remotely, walked in and collected paperwork and got in my fully detailed and fueled up ride. Amazing! On top of that, I immediately went out of town and locked my keys in the truck. Called them and they went as far as calling the previous owner to ask if they remembered the door code! Saved me a locksmith fee and then made sure I had my app setup so it wouldn’t happen again! If I could give them 50 stars, I would. Me and my company will definitely be doing business here again. Thank you Chastang Ford!
