I was a customer from chase more than 3 year. I make a
make by draw a line in the Money order so can deposit and get the money from the chase .I know that was my mistake. now chase decided to closed my account .I don't understand is not a fraud it was my Money.they did wrong by closed the account. not a problem that fine. thank you for been hard to help me.hope I will never need chase. so management is not good in communication on what happens exactly..well I think I will be better without chase.

Went in last Saturday to just add my name to my husbands account. Get a call the next Thursday saying our account has been restricted due to an error and that our only options are for me to come in the next day with the proper documentation. I come in on the next day (today) and state that our account needs to be unrestricted due to bills. After sitting in her office for 30 mins she tells me that the account will remain restricted until 3 days and even with the proper documentation it may still remain restricted. The only option will be for my husband to make a whole new account. What the actual hell?!? Is this how banks conduct business? People need their money and trust that banks will actually help them. She waiting till THURSDAY to call me and now I have to wait till TUESDAY to even know if the account will be unrestricted! This is quite possibly the WORST bank. I am not just talking about the Blatant disregard of the employee who waited till Thursday to call me about this issue, but also the bank in general for not caring about their customers or better yet the people who trust them to hold their money. Absolutely the WORST!

The WORST experience I’ve ever had at a chase. Nina Seummalavanh is such a rude, arrogant individual. She made a mistake on her part, yet refused to hold herself accountable. Instead belittled and blamed me.

There is no one to greet you when you walk in. Everyone was behind the teller line and were extremely rude. Didnt help me at all. The customer service at this location is really bad. Only nice guy in my opinion was Ny.
