Went to this branch on Saturday afternoon, 30 minutes before closinl, after coming here on Friday after a withdrawal to get some cash, needed to address change in status of names on account because of a recent death. Was told that I could close the account or leave it open. Mentioned that the other account needed to be reviewed and to come back 72 hours after it was reviewed to close that account. I asked if he needed a copy or scan the death certificate or last will and he said no. I knew it was not going to be handled when I walked up to his desk and he looked at his desktop monitor to see the time. I stood there and he never offered me to have a seat, I must have interrupted his game or scrolling on his social media. Needless to say, went to another branch and all questions were answered and card was given for any other issues that may arise. Stay clear of this place on the weekends, had better service from the manager greeting in Friday afternoon.

I had a great experience Saturday. Manager was very friendly and helpful. Timothy was very professional and helpful. Customers were greeted as they walked in. Kudos??

The workers and bankers are never available, they are rude, I do not recommend this branch at all, they make you want to close accounts with them. They give Chase a bad image.

They are informed that Chase kept my money, they closed my account without justification from last week until today, they do not give me an explanation where my money went, it sounds very bad but it is true and it is not the first time, now I don't know how solve utility payments because I had everything in the bank, what I'm seeing is unfair, they happen to see when they need to solve my problem ???? I'm not a person to make comments like this but I had to do it so be careful, have money always in cash to be able to solve problems like this, if I love it, it has happened to me, don't let it happen to someone else.

Customer service told me to bring a receipt to branch to help push through money order , came to bank and they told me there’s nothing they can do. Seems like there’s a lot of employees that are either ill informed or just don’t want to do their jobs. Now the customer suffers, go figure!

I absolutely love the people that work at this branch. I move the old Branch Manager. She was rude and was never helpful. I also felt her team worked hard at trying to keep the customer coming back.So with out question hands down the are a 5 star team. The case she assistant manager or lead should be the branch manager she really cares and truly support her teller team memebers.

I was greeted up on entering and the customer service fellow was helpful at the window but if you need service from the workers at the desk - make an appointment ahead of time if you want to get something done quickly. Otherwise it'll be awhile

After reading all the negative reviews I guess they changed the GM because I've been to this branch a couple of times recently & I was greeted & helped quickly & professionally. Jennifer took her time to sit down with me to sort out some things with my accounts.

Poor customer service. They declined my wire request when there were still 10 minutes before closing. A banker was just sitting there and not willing to help. As a business owner, I never treat my clients like this. I won't recommend this branch.
