Extremely sexist, my parents tried getting my mother a debit card for the same account in which she was denied due to in the past other clients having issues with there wife’s and taking there money. Accounted named Adam also discriminated my mother on asking if her DL was real or fake ?? Was saying he needed to see it and verify. Also stating that Mexicans bring in fake ID’s. At the end of the day it was denied to my mother as well as my father to get a second debit card for his account

Went to my local Chase to open a new account. There, I was introduced to Alan (AVP) he was very nice and super helpful. Gave me good advice about building up my credit. Overall great experience!

I needed a cashiers check and went to this location based on the reviews of others and I have to say they did NOT disappoint. The staff was the friendliest of any staff I've ever encountered and so helpful and efficient. Every single person I interacted with was wonderful. This location is simply the best. Thank you!

I have a checking account here. I brought a check written out to my business and because I don't have a business account here they couldn't cash it. I even had my DBA form they so full of shit.

The staff was very rude and refused to listen to what I had to say. They was very dismissive and did not seem like they care about what I had to say. Definitely don’t recommend coming here.

Awesome bank with very polite Employees who are really nice and super helpful. I recommend going to this branch even if it is out of your way a little bit their customer service is top notch.

All I can say is WOW!!! This location has always been a great location to go to, but I had moved a year previously to explore other areas of the city. One day, I had been rushing and managed to lose two money orders that just so happened to contain ALL of my savings. I was mortified. I had called another location, and they seemed to be a bit careless about the entire situation. I called this location and they immediately began offering superior customer service. They assured me that they were going to try everything possible, and they did just that. This is a location that clearly believes in going above and beyond the call of duty for its customers. The bank teller Stace ( or Stacie) and the manager at that location were absolutely amazing. I have been banking with Chase for almost twenty years now, and with service like that I don't plan to stop any time soon. Way to go Chase Bank and thank you so much!!!!

Ms Crystal provided a warm and cheery welcome, and my banker Ms Rosa was working with the tellers' , assisting me with some account consolidation. If as an employee one is able to be professional whilst being amongst professionals, one is truly blessed; and this is reflected in the customer's experience, as well. Thanks!

I find it absolutely ridiculous that my employer issued me two checks for work that I did at his business for less than $300 each he's been a member of Chase Bank for many years and has tens of thousands of dollars in the bank but Chase Bank wants to charge me $10 for each check because I'm not a member that is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard in my life!!!! This is exactly why I hate chase bank because they try and screw you out of everything you have just because you don't bank with them. I just contacted my boss who issued the checks and he's thinking seriously about just closing his account and moving elsewhere this is absolutely pathetic that they want to do something like this to people who work hard and don't even have much money to cash to begin with and the checks are drawn on Chase Bank they're issued from that's ridiculous again ridiculous ridiculous ridiculous don't use Chase Bank!

Let me cut to the Chase. This is a pretty useful and handy Chase in the Northwest part of Houston, and we've used it on a number of occasions, and they haven't really let us down. It's one of the banks that we swear by and we will continue to come here. Barbi was who first got me into banking at Chase and they're currently tied with Wells Fargo as my fave.
