I booked the appointment with Corey at 11am, arrived at 10:55, and waited till 11: 30 the assistant manager Melody Kiaosouvath came out and gave us a bad attitude and forced us to step to the cashier to do our business. The whole time my mom and I were patient and polite, and Melody raised her voice when I complained about her attitude. I told her, it was the branch’s fault to double book the appointments or delay the meeting, we deserve a good apology. Melody just rolled eyes at us, and have security guys surround us. This is crazy, we never be treated like that. Thanks to Jennefer, who stepped out the window and calmed down the situation and helped us. Corey also needs to take the responsibility by ignoring our appointment, he should step out the office and check on us.

My mother received not the greatest customer service she speaks Spanish so there were Spanish speaking personnel translating for her and was directed to whatever manager or supervisor is in charge in this branch all she remembers is that he is a white man. This man over complicated the release of a check endorse to her kept her waiting over an hour in the branch and told her to come back with unnecessary paper which a sister branch resolved and were confused as to why the extra paperwork was needed. I was there to translate for her for the sister branch. The over complication and lack of help for the customer is insane and should be revised in this branch or taught to whoever is in charge here

The service was good, but this is the was first time, as a Chase customer I’ve been charged for cashing a check and using my credit card as proof. I’ve been to many other branches and not once have I been charged the service fee.

Today I was in this institution, and I am full of optimism and hope because I realize that there are still kind and honest people, like the Manager of this place and the sweet Ricki who attended to me with so much humility, by accident I dropped a bill and Minutes later they called me to come pick him up......God Bless you for doing the right thing....?

Unprofessional, unorganized I sat an appointment to open an account and when I walked in the workers told me that I didn’t call and needed to make another appointment. While being in there for 45 mins I was unable to open the account because the banker did not know what he was doing and deleted my information out the system.

Customer service is better now. Odiesieas took his time and help us professionally and take really good care of us. I just wish the teller line is faster as the other side. But all in all great experience.

In the past I wouldn't take the time to read reviews because I know everyone has their own opinion and expectations when posting a review. As I go went through the review for this Chase location it seemed kind of discouraging, but with me being who I am I wanted to see if I would experience the same as the negative reviews posted here.First, I would like to say thank you having the availability that other locations did not, in order for me to come in and open my new account in a timely manner. As, I walked through the door you're greeted by beautiful respectful staff members, that are there ready to assist and to make sure you get the help you need. I was able to successfully open my new account with Chase, with no delay. Thank you Corey for taking the time to assist, and making sure that all my questions were answered. I was able to get everything completed before the hour. I was hungry at the time as well, so the speedy service was a plus in my book. LoL. This location in my point of view, is diverse, respectful, everyone has a professional demeanor, clean and inviting, amazing customer service! Chase has too many customers and can’t do what they promised.Period.

ATMs don't work. Card gets stuck at ATM and you can't withdraw money. Staff Is aware of problem and has done nothing. Lazy incompetent staff can't even put up a sign on the machine that says out of order.
