This location never seems to have a manager on duty to authorize banking needs. ? showed up on a Friday at 4pm with business that needed to be taken care of before end of week. They cannot help customers and send them to other locations because the manager isn’t available ? somthing is off with this branch.

Very horrible customer service from the manger on duty. I arrived 10 minutes prior to closing and was told to sit down and wait so I could get a notary to sign my documents. I was then asked to leave by the manager. I do not recommend this location. Please feel free to contact me.

My experience today was very good. I went to open an account and the girl who helped me answered all my questions and although my English is at 45%, she was trying to speak Spanish. That was very professional. I really liked the service. Thank you Jazmin. I wish they had. more employees like you in the other locations again thanks Jazmin

Customer service is the worst. I took my grandmother here because she wants to get cash for her grandchildren for Christmas and my baby fell asleep so she said she would go in alone. Turns out the young lady in the teller line felt the need to belittle my grandmother because she spaced out her account number while having her card and id in hand to look it up. The tellers need to be retrained!!!!

thuy made my experience here a 10/10. she is very helpful and kind. she answered all my questions and provided me with the service i needed and was patient. staff in the front was also nice and had a smile on their face. good people working here.

I made a meeting to open an account and the man was very nice. I said my name and he didn't even ask me twice just once. I really appreciate that. It is really rude to ask someone's name twice like there is something wrong with it.

My husband went to get a checking account and they made him wait a long time before finally telling him that his bill was useless because he didn't have an account number in Tmobil, horrible, we're not going anymore

The ATMs are almost always ruined and to go to the ATM inside it turns out that you can't, it's lacquered either, it's ridiculous that we have 8 cars in line waiting for a single ATM. ?
