The only reason why I come here is because is close to my office. The staff looks like if they are just making hours. They don’t help at all, yesterday I arrived at 4:05 pm to open an account for my mother, the lady said I was not possible because they close at 5:00 and at that time they are closed. Today I am coming to solicit notary service and the lady said I had to wait 2 hours when she was not to busy. I hope the owner or manager of the bank do something in this location. Me as business owner don’t allow this to happen in my office. The customer care should always the first. 0⭐️.

Highly understaff as it pertains to speaking to a personal banker - next appointment was more than 3 days later . Would not recomend for anything besides depositing checks and other ATM like functions

The worst branch of Chase you have incompetent workers you don't have assistance in Spanish they don't know how to work they told me that they didn't even have a manager or they didn't want to call him I made a transfer and by mistake from them I'm still waiting for my money back

We had a great experience at this Chase bank, opening up a joint checking account. We were walked through it by Jonathan Alicea, who was awesome!! He was so helpful, and walked us through every little thing. We would happily return to this Chase bank, and we will!
